Reclaiming the National Birthright and Identity of the American Black US Citizens in the United States of America and the world, which is defined by the 14th Amendment and the 1866 Civil Rights Act, which is its progenitor and “Rosetta Stone”.

Whereas, this effort is focused on unique, plight of African-American (term invented by Jesse Jackson); Blacks or Negro (Spanish for black – 2nd nation to take slaves from Africa);  Colored Peoples (indicated by the US Constitution-14th Amendment-1866 Civil Rights Act); Nigger (former term of respect turned pejorative); Negro (mix of Nigger and Negro – popularized by late US President Lyndon B. Johnson); technically and American Black US citizens, i.e., descendants of chattel slaves and Jim Crow survivors.

Whereas, these particular American citizens are not as others ethno-racial entities in America, all of whom are of willing-immigrant heritage, but rather that of slaves morphed into living, human property – technically known chattel “happiness” to the owners;

Generational Damages

Whereas, unlike other ethno-racial, willing-immigrant peoples in the United States, according to the corpus delicti-body of evidence, the horrific state of and looming fate of doom for American Black US citizens is the direct aftermath of consecutive, generational damages of: 20 years of slavery (1620-1640); 225 of institutional, British-American chattel slavery (1640-1865); followed by 99 of Black Codes and Jim Crow, race-discriminating legislation (1865-1963); another 48 of failed, government social policies and programs (1964-2013), combined with ever present institutional racism specifically against them in this “nation of immigrants”.

• In fact, of the 372 (three hundred and seventy-two) years of their existence in this  British colony-turned-United States of America, these un-willing immigrants Americans, i.e., the descendants of chattel slaves, have technically been free from generations-destroying, legislated slavery and racism only a mere 48 years.
• “Anchorism” – Technical, non- pejorative term for what undocumented immigrants, et al, have endearingly dubbed “anchor-babies or children” based on the perversion of the 14th Amendment, the National Identity-Birth Certificate citizenship of the freed chattel slaves and their descendants, et al.
• While Americans of immigrant heritage have had their sufferings in this British-American country, there is no circumstance that they can with those of chattel  slaves, and Jim Crow survivors.
• In fact, such equating is unjustifiable-wrong, immoral, appearing racist, and inordinately oppressive towards those who continue to suffer the experience of chattel slavery’s aftermath.

Whereas, as a result of this undeniable history of generational abuse in America, even by law, American Black US citizens have over the generations consistently and disproportionately – too often numerically, led all of other groups in nearly every negative social statistic in the nation;

Whereas, all aspects of the non-militaristic, foreign civilian, invasion and occupation of the United States, including * Anchorism, erroneously dubbed, illegal immigration, is not only detrimental to the descendants of chattels slaves by impeding-abridging their Constitutional Civil Rights, et al, but it is also ethno-racially cleansing them from American society which historically is built upon their backs.

WARNING: Ethno-racial cleansing very similar to what happened to African slaves upon forced arrival to America, whereby they were systematically striped-cleansed of their names, nationality, culture, legacy, heritage, dignity, etc…

WARNING: Ethno-racial cleansing is one step from government sponsored, mass genocide under the auspices of a political party, similar to the Nazis experience of the 1920’s – 1945

•  “Anchorism” – Technical, non- pejorative term for what undocumented immigrants or workers, et al, have endearingly dubbed “anchor-babies or children” which is based on the perversion of the 14th Amendment, the National Identity-Birth Certificate citizenship of the freed chattel slaves and their descendant children, et al.

Therefore, in light of the aforementioned, it is the primary objective of the Capital Hill National Caucus to focus its efforts on the justifiable plight of American Black US citizens according to the Constitutional edicts of the 14th Amendment and its progenitor and “Rosetta Stone”, which is the Civil Rights Act of 1866.

Hence, all associated entities and individuals, who respectively embrace this mission of the Capital Hill National Caucus, are most welcomed to strive together with us in our particular portion of the war to salvage the United States of America.
