Moratorium Proposition: Disclaimer

“Illegal immigration hurts US black citizens more than anybody else in this ‘nation of immigrants” POTUS Donald Trump (paraphrased) – True or False?

Not Based On Emotional Reasoning, but Rather, On The Unbiased, Written Law of the United States of America, i.e., The Constitutional 14th Amendment-1866 Civil Rights Act (The Act)

The Disclaimer: This website is more “centrist” in its views concerning the matters of immigration, legal and so called illegal.  Without doubt, everyone whom comes here rightly has their respective views, pro or con comprehensive immigration reform (CIR) which is fine and encouraged in this matter of the Moratorium Proposition (MP), which has no position other than, calling for federal, i.e., Congressional, Judicial and Presidential investigation on its past, present, future impact on the Americans upon whose backs this exceptional, “nation of immigrants” is built.

In fact, the organizers of this web sight admits that they/we believe that CIR is detrimental to US black citizens, and due to its violation of Section 1 of the 1866 Civil Rights, which is the Progenitor of Section 1 of the 14th Amendment, and will eventually render them politically inconsequential by an illicit, foreign populace, erroneously granted the right to vote, thereby overriding that of the 15th, specifically designated to chattel slave descendants, and subject to ethno-racial cleansing to genocide.

It’s here believed that CIR propositions, couched in the erroneous sentiment that the USA is “a nation of immigrants”, while ignoring the existence of  unwilling chattel slaves, is already a form of psychological genocide of black citizens.

Therefore, both, pro and con positions on CIR must be tried, whereby one says, it’s beneficial to the descendants of chattel slaves, i.e., US, black citizens, whereas, the other contends that it is destructive to them.  At present, there is no official findings.

Subsequently, in honor, respect, cordiality, moral sensitivity as well as legal reasoning to the descendants of chattel slaves, it’s imperative for the country’s sake to temporarily pause to consider CIR’s effect on black citizens. MISSION STATEMENT
