Los Angeles Grand Jury Investigation
of the State and Fate of Black Angelinos of
British-USA Chattel Slavery and Jim Crow Heritage
Phase I Goal: LA Mayor in conjunction with the County Board of Supervisors order a Grand Jury Investigation On the State and Fate of Angelinos of Chattel Slavery and Jim Crowism heritage, especially in light of massive immigration in influx, both legally and illegally.
This demand for the Los Angeles County Grand Jury Investigations is based on the authority of the sacred, US Civil Rights *Act of 1866, the Progenitor and “Rosetta Stone” of the 14th Amendment. Particularly noting Section 1and its mandated intent of ensuring “equal protection-justice under the law” US citizenship “as is enjoyed by white citizens”, i.e., Americans of willing immigration heritage.
An Act to protect all Persons in the United States in their Civil Rights, and furnish the Means of their Vindication
(Civil Rights Act of April 9, 1866 Ratified December 6, 1865)
• “The Act” – The special, sacred and only such Congressional legislation enacted on behalf of the federal governments’ Declaration of Independence and the Emancipation Proclamations’ commitment to GOD for the only Americans of non-willing-immigration heritage, but whom were rather purchased from the African Transatlantic Slave Trade; brought to the Americas, and thereby suffered under the consecutive governmental jurisdiction of first, the British Empire, followed by that of the United States.
NOTE: No other peoples in the USA, has such high, moral, as well as, Constitutional distinction, as long this republican form of government “shall not perish from the earth.”
There Is A Real Fear: The City and County, as well as the State of California and the US Federal Government May Be In Violation of This Living and Yet, Un-enforced Sacred Legislation, that is, the Civil Rights Act of 1866.
As a consequence of the dire, devastating straits of Angelino-American, US citizens who are the descendants of chattel slaves and Jim Crow survivors, the sacred Subjects of the 13th, 14th & 15th Amendments, it is incumbent upon the joint powers of the City and County of Los Angles, initiated by Mayor Erik Garcetti, to order an immediate series of Grand Jury Investigations concerning their quiet, systematic, ethno-racial cleansing out of the Promise of Americana.
The need for the Grand Jury investigation is especially poignant, in that, recently another blatant racial attack with intent to murder (as a hate-crime) on several chattel slave descendant families in the Ramona Gardens housing complex, by the Molotov cocktail firebombing of their homes. Apparently, the abode of a non-chattel slave family was collaterally damaged in the attack.
This crime against humanity is only one example of many such racist viciousness that has offended the innocent, Angelino survivors of Jim Crowism, who keep whispering the questions…
1. “What have we done to these peoples that they treat us with such disdain, contempt, and blatant cruelty in the nation built upon the backs of our ancestors and fore parents?”
2. “Why aren’t government officials executing the justice we are guaranteed by 14th Amendment edicts that we experience ‘equally justice-protection under the law’ US citizenship “as is enjoyed by white citizens” (that is, non-chattel slave descendants, but rather immigrants) mandated in Section 1 of the Act?”
Series of Racist Attacks
In recent years, since the super influxes and uncontrolled entry into an area such as Los Angeles, which is already overcrowded, suffering massive political, social and economic injustice as well poverty-homelessness, and slave-like employment; the most vulnerable Angelinos, i.e., the chattel slave descendants are once again being shoved back into “the shadows” of ethno-racial discrimination. Essentially, “N-word’, stay in your place!”
The evidence of this pushing, is the fact that since the decades old beginning of uncontrolled, “mass migration”, the chattel slavery Angelinos have suffered violent, racist abuses, even cold-blooded murder, at the hands of a peoples whose birth certificates, and their native governments, as well as that of the US federal, identify as being racially Caucasian-White of various ethnicities…not a biological, genetically arranged race.
Also, since 1965, along with the 1886, the then Republican Party’s Amnesty to these citizens of foreign nations, the chattel slave and Jim Crow survivors have been and are being overrun in nearly every sector of Los Angeles society by millions of primarily non English-speaking, legal and undocumented immigrants from around the world, including the Caribbean and Africa.
The kind of treatment that the chattel slavery and Jim Crow heritage US citizen Angelinos receive from both of these populations and certain rebellious government officials who seem to be encouraging an ethno-racial disaster of astronomical proportions, is reminiscent of past nightmare scenarios such as:
• the 99 year era in which supremacist, “white citizens”, of immigrant heritage, verbally abused the freed chattel slaves, and legislated racially discriminating laws enforced by the terrorist-intimidation arm of the then Democratic Party; the Ku Klux Klan (KKK) who;
* burned crosses on front lawns of homes, set fires to and even bombed residences (as in the cases of 1956, Rev.-Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. in Montgomery, Alabama) and churches (such as that of September 15,1963 of the 16th Street Baptist Church in Birmingham, Alabama, and even in South LA, the burning of the Church of Greater Works on August 25,2010), committed horrific lynching, etc.
The Unfulfilled Constitutional, 14th Amendment Obligation

These Resolutions are also based on the 1866 Civil Rights Act essentially states the following…,
“Whereas an apology for centuries of brutal dehumanization and injustices cannot erase the past, but confession of the wrongs committed can speed racial healing and reconciliation and help Americans confront the ghosts of their past;
Whereas it is important for this country, which legally recognized slavery through its Constitution and its laws, to make a formal apology for slavery and for its successor, Jim Crow, so that it can move forward and seek reconciliation, justice, and harmony for all of its citizens: Now, therefore, be it
Resolved, That the House of Representatives–
(1) acknowledges the fundamental injustice, cruelty, brutality, and inhumanity of slavery and Jim Crow;
(2) apologizes to African-Americans on behalf of the people of the United States, for the wrongs committed against them and their ancestors who suffered under slavery and Jim Crow; and
(3) expresses its commitment to rectify the lingering consequences of the misdeeds committed against African-Americans under slavery and Jim Crow and to stop the occurrence of human rights violations in the future.
Continued Broken Promises
Therefore, as these legislated promises have not been kept, it is indeed incumbent upon the City of Los Angeles to heed and honor our expectation for justice, and act according to its US Constitutional and federal duties.
As the “new” racial majority of California (which by the way, a position was gained by illicit acts of immigration-migration policies, laws, customs-traditions), it is incumbent upon them to now protect the true, and original American minority from the abuse that they have been experiencing, and are genuinely frightened of what is yet to come after their ethno-cleansing.
As the “new” or neo white majority, they now sit in the “seat” of the original majority being also white, but of Euro-Anglo-English speaking, US citizens of immigrant heritage decent, as well.
However, along the power of majority distinction, the new white majority rulers have inherited the formers’ terrible responsibility and accountability before GOD, “the Judge of all the world” to help resolve the matter of chattel slavery and Jim Crow aftermaths or experience HIS sore displeasure as did this “nation of immigrants” by the US Civil War to free the chattel slaves and end the evil generations-destroying practice.
