Therefore, Before “Pulling The Trigger” of Comprehensive Immigration Reform
It is imperative that the US Congress and the Presidency, with Supreme Court oversight executes investigative research and hearings on the astronomical, positive or negative, past, present and future impact of comprehensive illegal immigration reform (CIIR)-amnesties of illegal immigration, etc, on the descendants of chattel involuntary servants-slaves, et al, which requires moratorium on all the various deliberations concerning it, including Anchorism
The federal investigative research and hearings are to be conducted by all three branches of the Federal Government, they being, Congress (both Houses), the Presidency, US Supreme Court oversight (based on Section 10, 1866 Civil Rights Act) See Civil Rights Act of 1866

Point of note:
The sooner that we announce to the leaders on Capital Hill our growing coalition, and whom the participants are, the momentum will increase like a freight train called “Us”, We the people.
Please bear in mind, that though the Senate is “lynched” us again, the House Republicans are going to slow the amnesty down, by parsing immigration reform in committees, not to end it though, which is what American Black US citizens need to occur in order to not be ethno-racially cleansed-genocide due to hordes of invading, civilian, foreign nationals.
However, such delaying action affords us time to execute our strategies to the fullest, especially after the success of the July 15th DC March For Jobs march and rally on Capital Hill conducted by the Black American Leadership Alliance, whereby we will be in great strategic position to sound our clarion call.
Finally, as we suddenly gain the spiritually and emotional, as well as the constitutionally-sound “high moral ground”, illegal immigration as such will be one of the divine “great winds” that will sail the unfinished business of chattel slavery and its generational aftermath back into the “safe harbor” of being the Number One priority of this “nation of immigrants” political amd business agenda.
