The Caucus of the Beloved “Brotherhood of Two” supports the Republican led US House of Representatives  immediate enactment of investigative research and Hearings beginning in the Houses, followed by the Senate, as well the Presidency, and the Supreme Court.

This unprecedented research project is to determine the positive or negative impact of comprehensive immigration reform-amnesty CIR)past, present and future on American Black US citizens, i.e., African-Americans, Black-Negro (Spanish for black), Colored People, descendants of chattel slaves and Jim Crow survivors.

In order to conduct such extensive research with all due diligence, as time is the factor, Congress must cease all official deliberations on CIR until it is completed, essential a moratorium!  Hence, the Moratorium Proposition.

• “past” – This would include the Ronald Wilson Reagan’s 1986 Amnesty, officially known as the Simpson-Mazzoli Act and the Immigration Reform and Control Act, of 1965

Both honorable participants in the “Brotherhood of Two” are descendants of chattel slaves and survivors of Jim Crow, they being; Democrat Congressman, Danny Davis and Republican, Senator, Tim Scott.

• Note: The Optics – Both being dark “black” skin complexion, which is great “flip-the-script” tool in that the White-Caucasian, La Raza, Hispanic/Latino lobby dare not call these two men “racist”, when in fact, they will appear to that themselves.  Essentially, they will achieve the optics of being White supremacist with a Spanish language, ethnicity, culture and religion, all of which is European based.

This moratorium and investigate procedures are not anti-immigrants (legal or undocumented), nor is it anti-anyone, but rather an “11th hour” appeal  for complete investigations on the purported, astronomical and generational consequences of CIR’s impact upon the descendant children of chattel slaves, et al and Jim Crow survivors.

The “Brotherhood of Two” is affording Congress an opportunity to unite this “nation of immigrants” to commit the morally correct thing in the matter of immigration that it may survive and thrive.

 The Narrative
Until now, the primary persons discussing – deliberating immigration issues (legal or illegal) have been White-Caucasians, including Hispanic/Latinos, who incidentally according to their homeland constitutions, the US federal government, and their own birth certificates, are also White-Caucasian, even with a European culture.

Subsequently, immigration discussions are about White peoples’ rights in America, as evidenced by the conspicuous exclusion for the concerns of the only * non-immigrant as though they don’t exist.  Hence, “America, a nation of immigrants”, but not so.

• “non-immigrants” – American Black US citizens, who are primarily the descendants of chattel slaves, including Jim Crow Survivors, the so called African-Americans

As to add insult to injury, the “Gang of 8” managed to pass a Senate bill that totally excluded all concerns for the descendants of the chattel slaves, et al, in this matter of immigration.

Therefore, “Now is the time…” for the beloved “Brotherhood of Two”, to initiate a nuance approach to the immigration issue thereby dissolve the political hard lines that justice may prevail for our country.
