As an active member of We the People of the United States charged and ordered to “…form a more perfect Union…” etc; and a participant of the Capitol Hill National Caucus (CHNC) expect you to honor the following instructions from us, they being:
- Support the CHNC expectation of Congress, et al, to hold Moratorium, that is temporarily suspend any and all deliberations on immigration (legal and undocumented) matters, including that of the comprehensive reform, as well as * Anchorism – “presumed citizenship”, until full, complete investigative hearings in both Houses of Congress, the Presidency, and Supreme Court on its impact, positive of negative, upon the descendants of chattel slaves, Freemen, * Refugees and * Jim Crow Survivors and their descendant children, i.e., American Black US Citizens, so called African-American.Support the CHNC expectation of Congress to hold Moratorium, that is:
- temporarily suspend any and all deliberations on immigration (legal and undocumented) matters;
- including that of the comprehensive reform, as well as * Anchorism – “presumed citizenship”;
- until full, complete investigative hearings in both Houses of Congress, the Presidency, and Supreme Court on its impact, positive of negative, upon the descendants of chattel slaves, Freemen, * Refugees, * Jim Crow Survivors and their descendant children, i.e., American Black US Citizens, so called African-American.
- Without controversy, as immigration (legal and undocumented) has, is and will have profoundly significant positive or negative effect upon the Subjects of the 14th Amendment-1866 Civil Rights Act, it is spiritually, morally, emotionally and US Constitutionally correct to conduct such imperative, “nation (Union) of immigrants” –saving investigative hearings.
- While not Reparations, it is the least, non-monetary, honorable, most gratefully right thing to do for the descendant children of their ancestors upon whose backs our “nation of immigrants” was/is built whereby We the People” enjoy the Constitutional Civil Rights to us, “White citizens”, i.e., Americans of willing immigrant heritages.
- “Anchorism” – The custom of using the 14th Amendment as a so-called “birthright” legality which supposedly authorizes citizenship upon a baby born to a woman of foreign nationality within the geo-political borders of the United States without official permission from the proper federal authorities and due processes for entry.
- “Refugees” – According to Section 3 of 1866 Civil Right Act, Refugees refer to the freed chattel slaves who were displaced-homeless as an aftermath of Civil War battles.
- “Jim Crow” – Including the earlier, Black Codes, Jim Crow is the 99 years of generations-destroying, racial discrimination legislation from 1865 to 1964, which succeeded 225 years of chattel slavery.

- Join the Martin Luther King, Jr. “Table of Brotherhood” Capitol Hill Caucus expecting the Speaker of US House of Representatives to comply with the will that is the Constitutionally charged, duty of We the People.
