I. A QUIET MOMENT WITH LOUD CONSEQUENCES
My Brothers and Sisters, Shalom!
Something is quietly happening right now.
Behind the walls of the Supreme Court of the United States, decisions are being weighed that touch the very meaning of citizenship in America.
Not with headlines loud enough for our ears. But quietly, while many of us go about our daily lives. Kept away from the general CUPO, but especially us, the intended Subject Beneficiaries (SubBens), and sole, exclusive Inheritors of the 1866, Civil Rights, Birthright Citizenship, “as is enjoyed by white citizens” (The Act, Section 1)
And that is the threat to national security, because if the Fed Citz are eliminated, ethno-racial cleavages will be robbed of their identifying BRC federal laws, being replaced by the foreign, unqualified elements, the Union will fall apart, ending the much vaunted, exceptional nation, American Dream quest experiment.
Because when something this serious moves quietly, people can lose something before they even realize it is being touched.
That is why I say to you now:
Awaken, awaken. Rise up, you mighty United States Federal Citizens. Your time has come. “Someday Soon” Is NOW.
II. THE IRONY OF THE HOUR
There is an irony in this hour that should not be missed.
On April 1st, 2026—April Fool’s Day—the Supreme Court heard oral arguments on the question of birthright citizenship.
And hanging over that moment is the great history of the Civil Rights Act of 1866, and the Fourteenth Amendment, the latter being the “LOCK” placed upon that federal citizenship inheritance of you/us, the sole, exclusive Subject Beneficiaries.
So the question becomes:
Who is the April Fool?
Is it the Federal Citizen, if he does not know what is at stake?
Or is it those who think a people can be erased quietly without awakening?
Or, is it to the latent We the People Preamble Body Politic, which has for generations allowed the federal government to shirk its Constitutional responsibility, to whom the employees are sworn and GOD to uphold, defend, and protect from such challenges to BRC, which is Constitutionally solvent unlike non-Art. 1, section 8 portal entrants to the USA jurisdiction.
III. WHO YOU ARE — AND WHY IT MATTERS
You are not random in this nation.
You are tied to a specific path: human bondage, emancipation, federal law, and constitutional protection.
Not foriegners, regardless of their plight, even of worthy asylum seekers.
Your black African ancestors were illegally trafficked before humanity and GOD, shipped-trafficked here naked of clothing, dignity, language, religion, and identity, being shackled in chains—not as willing immigrants, but under force, under captivity;
and your 1865, Black Codes, protege’, Jim Crowed fathers and mothers from 1877 to 1964, of which I am one.
And out of THAT and only THAT the qualifying, experiential matter(s) came: freedom, citizenship, and protection under federal law.
That means something. This is inheritance. This is exclusively for you, and you only.
There are no other Americans of such experience for which this remedial law of the 1866 Civil Rights, not the deliberately orchestrated, misunderstood, 14th, the “LOCK”, was established into the Constitution, by which this particularly exceptional nation is guided into what the Founding Fathers envisioned for their “SOMEDAY” Posterity et al.
IV. THE PRESSURE YOU FEEL — NOW MAKE SENSE OF IT
You already see, feel, sense, and experience it.
In terms of cost of living, gainful employment wages, and business opportunities. In housing. In education. In culture. In community life.
But without understanding, it just feels like pressure.
So let me say it plainly:
There is a struggle over your place, position, and identity.
And if you do not understand your place under law, you cannot defend it.
V. THIS IS NOT ABOUT FEAR — THIS IS ABOUT AWAKENING
This is not panic. This is awakening. Sleeping and latent people lose everything. An awakened people begin to gain and keep that which they rightly, constitutionally own in USA.
VI. GOD IS AT THE CENTER
GOD is not absent from this. HE is at the Center, being the Central Figure of the Declaration of Independence.
From bondage…to emancipation…to this present hour…
And CHRIST stands as: Advocate, Judge, KING of Kings, LORD of Lords
This is not just legal. This is spiritual.
VII. ON EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN
“When the enemy comes in like a flood…” (Isaiah 59:19)
You are the rising STANDARD of this nation under GOD.
But it rises through awakened people. That must be us.

NOW IS THE TIME — THE FIERCE URGENCY OF NOW, as prophesied by Martin Luther King, Jr., in which Fed Citz will arise to national identity and purpose of Divine Providence for this auspicious, exciting time.
VIII. NOW IS THE TIME
As Martin Luther King Jr. said: “Now is the fierce urgency of now.” Not someday. Now.
IX. “WE SHALL OVERCOME SOMEDAY” — THE SOMEDAY IS HERE
For generations, we said: “We shall overcome someday.”
Well— THE SOMEDAY IS NOW HERE.
Thanks be to GOD, Almighty ULTIMATE Supreme Judge
This moment has been building, especially since around 2015, when immigration and the question of the 14th Amendment came to the forefront, via the Donald Trump Presidential campaign.
Now it has reached the Supreme Court. And the issue is clear:
The Court is being forced to decide between:
- The foreigner who entered illegally
- The Federal Citizen whose ancestors were brought here in chainsIn actuality, according to the Federal remedial law of 1866, its us and GOD, who must state, claim, embrace, and make that decision, being solely qualified to do so, even over the POTUS and military, accordingly, based on Sentence 2, B. of the Emancipation E.O. #90″…and the Executive Government of the United States, including the military and naval authority thereof, will recognize and maintain the freedom of such persons, and will do no act or acts to repress such persons, or any of them, in any efforts they may make for their actual freedom.”
THIS IS A MASSIVE DIFFERENCE
It must not be: Confused. Blended. Equated
One came unlawfully. The other came by forced captivity.
That difference matters. Before the law. Before history. Before GOD.
THE SOMEDAY IS NOW
This is no longer a song. This is a test. And the test is happening now.
X. THIS IS BIGGER THAN PEOPLE THINK
This is not just politics. **This is identity.
This is inheritance. This is existence.** Bigger than reparations. Because it affects the present and future.
XI. THE HOUR OF UNITY
Now is the time to unite.
Beyond, Above, Transcending Party. Class Status, Gang Affiliations, Religion and Skin Tone, etc., Divisions
Because all are under equal threat.
