“While @realdonaldtrump and @barbara argue over the definition of ‘Any Persons Born,’ the 1866 Smoking Gun (Exhibit A) reveals a 161-year Omission. As the ONLY federal citizen of chattel slave descent to file a brief, I’m calling out the usurpation of our Birthright. @adamliptak @JessBravin @AHoweDC—the 51 Million are awake. #SCOTUS #TrumpVBarbara #1866Act”

Los Angeles, In light of tomorrow’s Wednesday, April 1st, oral arguments—ominously dubbed “April Fools’ Day”—the U.S. Supreme Court prepares to hear the identity-shaking case of Trump v. Barbara. While the legal giants clash over the phrase “Any Persons Born…”, an unexpected “friend of the court” has already filled the vacuum with a “fatal blow” to the current Birthright Citizenship (BRC) debate.

Theodore “Ted” Hayes, Jr., a holdover veteran of the late 1960s Civil Rights movement and 41-year “Homeless Protector” of LA’s Skid Row, has filed an Amicus Brief that moves beyond the standard rhetoric. Hayes, featured on the front page of the Wall Street Journal (July 5, 2024), identifies what he calls “EXHIBIT A”, a revelatory understanding of the 1866 Civil Rights Act that has been intentionally overlooked for a century.

Why this story is the “Smoking Gun” of the whole back-and-forth debate:

Beyond Trump:
Hayes argues that both Trump and Barbara are operating on a false premise. He asserts that BRC was illegally usurped from its rightful Subject Beneficiaries—the descendants of the 1866 Act.

This is particularly poignant, in that since being granted their citizenship, even after the override of the President Johnson veto, first and exclusively, the Birthright Citizenship Act of April 9th, 1866, as they had been consistently deprived and disenfranchised by racist anti-black, new citizens antics of the Democratic Party, and violence of its para-military arm, the Ku Klux Klan (KKK) and other such white supremacist groups; a series of US Supreme Court descision detrimental to them, and their desendants, resulting in what is being attempted againt the federal citizens to this day.

The Rescission Mandate: Hayes argues that simply ending BRC “going forward” is a compromise that leaves the Union in danger. He calls for a full rescission of “anchor” status to protect the federal birthright of the Primary Beneficiaries.

The Persona: A “Mr. Citizenship” of 23 years and a cricket-playing Renaissance Patriot, Hayes is mentored by Prof. John Eastman and carries the torch of MLK and Malcolm X into the heart of modern constitutional law.

Mr. Hayes is available for immediate interview or debate to discuss how this “Smoking Gun” mystery portends a sudden and shocking strike to the illegal occupation of the American Birthright.
