Objective: We seek the immediate attention of the Honorable President, Donald J. Trump, in emergency mode, to conduct a strategic discussion on how we can partner to implement our strategic alternative to his July 24, 2025, Executive Order.
“On July 24, 2025, President Trump signed an order called ‘Ending Crime and Disorder on America’s Streets.’ He said that many people sleeping outside have mental health or drug problems, and that the streets are unsafe. He instructed local leaders to assist in relocating those living in tents to hospitals or treatment centers, institutions—even without their consent, i.e., physical force—and to discontinue funding programs that merely distribute aid without requiring individuals to move indoors.
In light of such, we request and expect the Hon. US President, Mr. Donald J. Trump, to consider the alternative to his July 14th Executive Order, before going any further with his well-intended military operations as it relates to homelessness and youth violence, crime, murder, etc., primarily within our urban-suburban areas.
Such is particularly alarming, while being 11-13% of the national population, American African chattel slave descendants, i.e., US federalized citizens, are over 60% of homelessness; while Dallas has its own matters, it must be noted that in Los Angeles, the National Homelessness Capital, the whereas the same demographic is 8-9% of city-county general population, they are over 40%, and its Skid Row, 90% black males—a severe case for the US Department of Justice.
Without criticizing his actions, we offer an alternative to his highly controversial, homelessness resolution dilemma, based on his policy dating back to his July 27, 2022, speech at the America First Think Tank in Washington, DC, where he then openly and plainly stated his policy on the matter, followed by online videos and print media news articles.
The then former President laid the foundation for his July 24th Executive Order by lawfully identifying homeless, US citizens as criminal outlaws, because they illegally dwell and occupy public and private properties, outside the codes of public health and safety, thereby being subject to immediate arrest and prosecution.
Emboldened by the June 2023 US Supreme Court Decision, the President issued his Executive Order, which, if not re-channelled, will result in a tragic calamity that this, no longer, one nation under GOD, shall never recover from.
The strategic national plan we present is entirely within his legal jurisdiction as well as his interest in bearing the sacred, legacy mantle of Abraham Lincoln.
It begins here, in Deally Square, where we bind together legend-legacies of Presidents John F. Kennedy, the beloved of American Africans, and Abe Lincoln, under Jesus/Yeshua, who is their greatest loved and rendered, with prophet Martin Luther King, Jr., all of whom were shot to death in the midst of efforts of them/us.
Why Dealy Square?!?
As President, should Mr. Trump meet our Dallas, Dealey Square deal of our strategic national plan, which aims to humanely resolve homelessness by Opening Day of the 2028 LA Olympics, a goal he could proudly proclaim, thereby securing a legacy that ties him to the greatest of all US history. This is what he wants.
This offer, which is worth more than a Nobel Peace Prize, marks the beginning of completing what JFK, Lincoln, and MLK were cut off, shot to death, from achieving, in the greatest empire-sized nation under God in world history.
As a unique, We the People body politic, it is with great confidence that President Trump will comply with the “Dallas Deal”, as it also takes into consideration his role in presiding over the 250th Anniversary celebrations of the USA, marking its birth in 1776 with the Declaration of Independence, including the legacy he seeks.
This strategy aligns with and amplifies the opportunity for all US citizens to experience the “America’s Golden Age” theme promoted by President Trump, particularly those who he passionately identifies as the “Fortten” and “Left Behind” groups, i.e., homeless and deeply troubled black youth.
With the impetus of July 14, 2028, the LA Olympics, preceded by the 2026 World Cup Futbol Championship, with our strategic plan, he will have humanely resolved this massive, huge domestic, national security threat crisis, which exceeds any incurred by the federal government’s international affairs; therefore, President Trump can stand humbly proud of the accomplishment.
We call upon the President to immediately endorse the execution and implementation of EXODUS II: 2028, LA Olympics, Homeless Resolution Initiative, designed by Ted Hayes, a 40-year, legendary civil rights and homeless justice activist from Los Angeles, the National Capital of Homelessness.
