In this Season of the 250th Anniversary of the 1776 Birth of the United States of America

This Memorandum of Fellowship is not a legal contract, but a sacred civic declaration—unifying, reaffirming our right to land, dignity, and the pursuit of happiness, i.e., property, real estate, and intellectual property, as envisioned in the Declaration of Independence and embodied in the 1862 Homestead Act signed by President Abraham Lincoln #16.

Our fellowship is one in which we remind ourselves to maintain the fundamental mission purpose, which is based on the content of the two circulating Petitions, they being:

One, a Petition signed exclusively by the LA County, January 2025, Whirlwind Fires Refugees, as well as other US citizens, made so by natural disasters
Second, General Petition for the general USA population

Governance of, by, and for We the People
The other pressing matter is the creation, establishment, and development of the  C.O.P. (Civilian Oversight Participants), of the newly formed OMSC (Office of Moral, Societal Consciousness)

This is a select body politic and delegation that Ted Hayes, as a presidentially appointed Homeless Servant Czar, is accountable for implementing EXODUS II: 2018, Los Angeles Olympics Initiative, thereby providing a security measure by which White House Administrators, as well as the President, can safely negotiate its implementation.

Taking the Place of USICH
The COP will assume the role and fulfill the defunct, White House-based USICH (US Interagency Council On Homelessness), to operate without fedeal, nor any taxpayer’s funding, but operates by private investments in a similar fashion as Elon Musk’s DOGE (Department of Government Efficiency)

 “But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object, evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security.”

“…and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former systems of government…”

Such is the government entity of USICH, which President Trump deactivated, and we will replace it.

Currently, the primary objective is to achieve the Office of USICH with the assistance of our Petition Campaigns.
