The Councils of We the People – Homeless Servant Czar (HSC)
The Seven Canonical Leadership Council Foundation,
With the backdrop of the United States of America, Union Republic being designated or publicly proclaimed by Vice President, J.D. Vance, of what most Christians have since its inception and foundation as a Christian nation, under GOD, Whom the 1776 founding fathers, declared to be The Central Figure of the now 25o years old or mature, Declaration of Independence, these Holy Torah/Tanakh Scriptures support the ideal of the Presidental appointe and installed, Homeless Servant Czar (HSC), of the new, reinvigorated US Interagence Council On Homelessness (USICH), having a “cabinet” of Advisory Councils, dubbed, “Council of We the People” (CWP).
“Where no counsel is, the people fall: but in the multitude of counselors there is safety.” (Proverbs 11:14)
Principle: National stability requires multiple advisors.
“Without counsel purposes are disappointed: but in the multitude of counselors they are established.” (Proverbs 15:22)
Principle: Plans succeed through collaborative wisdom
“Where no counsel is, the people fall: but in the multitude of counselors there is safety.” (Proverbs 11:14)
Principle: National stability requires multiple advisors.

Listed thus far are the Councils:
Each council consists of at least two personnel
These counselors will advise the HSC on each point of his dispatching, or delegating each of the respective federal departments of USICH, with two overseers and advisors
Military
These will address all matter pertaining to active duty operations of US military, i.e., federal and federalized National Guard deployment according to Title V of the 1987, initially entitled, Congressional Homeless Assistance, Stuart B. McKinney, later added, Vento Act, in which all surplus federal property, including decommissioned military bases, are for Homelessness resolution programs.
Note: This particularly pertain to the matters of homeless and pre homeless, Veterans, and their families, etc.
Homeless Populations
Unhoused; sheltered; missioned; SRO’d; automobile, i.e., recreational vehicles, cars, vans, trucks, abandone buildings; encampments, tunnels, under road overpasses, sidewalks and vacant lots, etc, each being respectively unigue in mindsets.
Note: Many, if not most such Americans, stems from government housing projects, and poorest people, particularly on welfare subsidies.
Ethno-Racial Demographic
These address the various ethno-racial identities or groups concerning their respective and specific situtions accordingly.
Spiritual or Religious, or None, i.e., atheist
As peoples’ religious or spiritual beliefs, are the center faction of their lives, their concerns must be considered and properly accomodated.
Legal and Judicial
These interact with all legal matters concerning USICH operations, focusing close relationship with the Department of Justice (DOJ), as local, oi.e., state, county municipal, as well private attorney matters.
Social Services, including Advocates and Activist
These will relate to all such entities in coordinating and orchestrating their participation, according to triage arrangements.
Political
Addessiing or inclusive of political factions from Democrats to Repubiclan and Independants
Financial
Corporate and private business investments and for some, their continued government grants, from federal to local, et al.
