The Matter Before The SCOTUS: Federal, Birth Right Citizenship Constitutional Crisis
While this has been troubling me since I last spoke with Hoop, I did not respond immediately. I needed to wait on the LORD, process these matters during a time of debriefing, and stay focused on my current work before the U.S. Supreme Court. As you may know, I have filed a pro se Amicus Curiae Brief concerning the 14th Amendment and birthright citizenship.
We are facing a growing constitutional crisis that will determine the fate of this self-proclaimed Christian nation under God.
This country was built on the backs of chattel enslaved people whose forced labor, by law, provided the opportunities for Americans of willing immigration heritage—from the earliest generations at Jamestown and Plymouth Rock to the present day.
Upon this “God Bless America” foundation of generation-destroying chattel slavery, immigrant families driven by the American Dream have spent the last 250 years building and accumulating massive amounts of generational wealth, riches, power, and global influence—all rooted in that July 4th declaration that “all men are created equal, and endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”
Yet, the descendants and children—the “any person born… babies”—of America’s only chattel slaves remain disproportionately homeless and lead nearly every negative national social statistic, even though the vast majority of us profess Jesus as Lord and Savior. It is a sobering irony.
Well, dear friends, we now have less than 8 days before SCOTUS announces its fateful decision on the Union Republican Form of Government (Article 4, Section 4 of the Constitution).
If the Justices—two of whom are actual chattel slave descendants themselves—choose wrongly against the federalized citizens who were made such by the Civil Rights Act of 1866 and locked into the Constitution by the 14th Amendment, it will seal a heavy earthly doom upon this nation under Him. If that happens, the 750,000 young, innocent white boys and men, the 38,000 American Africans, and President Lincoln himself, who perished in the Civil War of Liberation, will have died in vain. It would be an outright mockery of their sacrifice and an affront to the Most High Himself.
Therefore, for the salvation of the Unin Republic, its imperative that We the People access the avenue of repentance of the last 250 years of such American behavior.
In doing so, the II Chronicles 7:14 fulfillment will indeed happen, avoiding the Glory of the coming of The LORD, with the lightening of HIS Terrible swift Sword…” seeking judgment and justice, but rather is peace, Shalom, and blessing. The clue to this prevention of wrath and causal of blessing is Mathew 25: 31-46.
As Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. warned in his I Have a Dream speech,
“There will be neither rest nor tranquility in America until the Negro is granted his citizenship rights.”
He went on to prophesy that “the whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges.”
When that foundation—upon which the immigrant world built its communities on the backs of chattel enslaved Americans—finally fractures from their being so ruthless shaken, and breaks, and falls down, all U.S. citizens will logically follow.
But as history shows, the weight of it will fall right back on top of us. (I smile here, because if I didn’t, I would cry in pure pain for my people, echoing the prophet: “Oh that my head were waters, and mine eyes a fountain of tears, that I might weep day and night for the slain of the daughter of my people!”)
Pardon me for that diatribe. If I didn’t speak this truth to you, Jesus Believers – Christians as a Melchizedek-Jew Priest under Christ, I would be remiss to not speak like this. But I am done with that now!
Now that this pivotal moment is here, I am prepared to stand—even if alone—with the Lord Jesus Himself and His Holy Spirit, who lifts up a standard when the enemy comes in like a flood.
