Before the 2028 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, the United States will resolve the visible homelessness crisis in major cities one way or another, and how it happens will shape the nation’s global image.
After more than forty years working directly on homelessness in Los Angeles, I’ve outlined a two-page concept proposing a rapid national coordination approach that could stabilize the situation before the Olympic spotlight arrives.
I’m not seeking funding or endorsement — only your judgment after a quick read of the brief.
