Greetings, Shalom “D-Day” Team!
Thanking our LORD and Savior, and ABBA in Heaven, for HIS surprise, “dispensation” of Mercy and Truth into the world which HE Loves, that for these gracious last 41 years of doing the Samsonian-like, “heavy lifting” in the construction of the foundation that we now stand on;
…and in salute and memorial of many and certain homeless persons, who were activated, motivated, and trained by me in strategic, guerrilla social, Civil Rights activism from the very streets and sidewalks, where we dwelled together with the Spirit of Christ (Matthew 25:31–46 | Matthew 8:20 — Luke 9:58);
…and the volunteers from sectors of society who at some time or another came to our side in so many wonderful and significant ways, too numerous to mention here;
Most importantly, to my Hayes – Powell family legacy for whom I deeply and in so many ways owe thanks.
Family and allies, mutual interest and investment: I’m writing this very informally to those of you who participated in the Saturday, February 28th, 2026, Workshop at the Plug and Pugh Center in Frisco, Texas, as we work together via video conference on this matter.
Please be inspired by these courageous individuals who invested what GOD had gifted them with in this hopeful, visionary matter of
EXODUS II: New Frontier 2 — 2028 LA Olympics Homeless Resolution — and find your own unique, self-identifying investment in it.
I’m sending you a set of documents that represent the first “seeds” of our internal structure — a working foundation for what is yet to come.
Please study them carefully.
As an investment, it’s important that you not only understand what’s here, but that you can articulate it clearly and confidently as if it were your own language.
“Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”
(II Timothy 2:15)
And remember: regardless of our “mainstream” jobs and occupations in this extreme, toxic, stressed society — especially in the worlds of corporations — the people who operate the so-called “machine” are still flesh-and-blood human beings, and they too are in need of personal and collective reasons for the full purpose of their existence.
Based on my experiential knowledge and understanding of this matter, it’s my theory that as we become more familiar with our intentions and our mission, that elusive “What’s my purpose?” will be replaced with: “Ooooohhh! Now I get it.”
And with that clarity will come increased strategic organizing ability — not only for our shared work, but for your own individual, visionary intentions as well.
And remember what we are on Friday, February 28th, 2026, the last day of “Black History Month”, We the People, officially declared, that while Los Angeles in the National Capital of Homelessness, Dallas, Texas is the National Capital of Homeless Resolution
So between now and our video conference, please read through the documents, make notes, and flag anything you want to challenge, strengthen, simplify, or sharpen. We’re not gathering to admire papers — we’re gathering to move.
As We the People, let’s get USICH!
