Mission Statement: Welcome To The LA “Whirlwind Fires, Rescue, Business Consortium
Mission Statement
The intent of the LA County “Whirlwind Fires, Business Consortium” is to assist our official public servants to
…simultaneously resolve the plight of US citizens made homeless by decades of figurative “whirlwind fires”
…of socio-economic distresses, i.e., the “Traditional”;
…and the “New” residents of and within influential/influential communities and neighborhoods devasted by the recent,
…literal whirlwind fires into houselessness, trending towards homelessness.
Both having “nowhere to go,” the Consortium encourages the Hon. California Governor, Mr. Gavin Newsom,
…to present its strategy plan to the Hon. US President, Mr. Donald J. Trump, to immediately make available
…federal lands in partnership with his use of CA state lands to develop advanced, 21st-century technology communities and neighborhoods.
The Plan is EXODUS II: 2028, LA Olympics Homeless Resolution Initiative.
The intent of the LA County Whirlwind Fires Business Consortium is to assist our government employees, in this case,
…California Governor, the Hon. Mr. Gavin Newsom, and US President, the Hon. Donald J. Trump, to simultaneously
…resolve the plight of Los Angeles County’s “Traditional” and “New” homeless persons as well as those of the nation.

Both groups commonly and respectively have “nowhere to go.”
“Land Ho”. There is NOW “somewhere to go.”
Gov. Newsom is offering State land, and President Trump is offering Federal land.
The Consortium encourages Gov. Gavin Newsom to invite President Trump to partner with him immediately
…in mutually making State and Federal lands available for the development of new, socio-economic mixed,
…21st-century technological communities and neighborhoods for the “Traditional” and “New” homeless.

…for healing the divisive, generational “wound” of black/white sensitivities, as well as the dichotomy riff between
…the “rich & poor” and the “haves & have not” from the beginning of human civilization.
