Greetings folks,<\/span><\/strong>
\nNOW is the time to join the Capitol Hill National Caucus (CHNC), and create your own local chapter command.

It is the objective<\/strong> of the CHNC to have at least 50 chapter commands throughout the cities, counties, states, regions of the United States by mid-November, the month of the Gettysburg Address (November 19,1863) by POTUS Abraham Lincoln.<\/span><\/p>\n

Also, this present day, but strange POTUS might unleash his Emancipation Proclamation-like amnesty for civilian citizens of foreign countries illegally within the United States in the month of November.<\/span><\/p>\n

Apparently, our founding fathers gambled<\/strong> that (whenever or should this exceptional, American experiment in republican form of government falls upon the verge of collapse, there would be a significant “posterity” which will arise to counter the calamity, even as they of the US Civil War era did. (1854-1865).<\/span><\/p>\n

It now appears that such a posterity has come just in time in the form of the Moratorium Proposition (PC). See below links.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Unlike the clear north-south deliniations of that violent, civil argument of 150 years ago, the present threat that now plaques “one nation under GOD”, is a strange-chaotic mix of both foreign and domestic enemies.<\/span><\/p>\n

Thus far, the present Patriot leadership seems to be at a loss<\/strong> in successfully combating these nation-threatening aggressors against our Sovereign State, especially in the matters of the invasion-occupation of the United States, erroneously dubbed, “illegal immigration”.<\/span><\/p>\n

It appears that our leaderships’ movements are reactionary, defensive, and never on the offensive,<\/strong> consequently, We the People are failing in our founding fathers’ charge to their posterity to form a more prefect Union.<\/span><\/p>\n

Therefore, this particular posterity of We the People whom are forming the Capitol Hill National Caucus (CNC) has what is perhaps, the most compelling plan and strategy that can actually turn back the tide of the invasion-occupation, as well as demonstrate that this POTUS arrestable,<\/strong> thereby making the long, drawn-out political, posturing process of the impeachment, not even necessary. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Arrestable is far faster and cleaner that impeachment, that is, is We the People are willing to take their charge of being the Guardians of the Republic<\/strong>. Hence, the true Republican, not being political partisan. See Section 2, 1866 Civil Rights Act http:\/\/tedhayes.us\/CVR_civil_rights_act_of_1866.htm <\/span><\/p>\n

Stern Warning To Government Officials<\/span><\/strong>
\nSec. 2. “And be it further enacted, That any<\/em> person who, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom<\/span> <\/strong>(government official who has taken oath of office, including the POTUS<\/em><\/span>), shall subject, or cause to be subjected, any inhabitant of any State or Territory (freed chattel slaves and their descendant children<\/em>) to the deprivation of any right secured or protected by this act<\/strong><\/em><\/span> (Section 1-<\/span><\/strong>US citizenship for freed chattel slaves “as is enjoyed by white citizens”<\/span><\/strong><\/em>), or to different punishment, pains, or penalties on account of such person having at any time been held in a condition of slavery or involuntary servitude (freed chattel slaves<\/em>), except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, or by reason of his color or race (freed chattel slaves<\/em>), than is prescribed for the punishment of white persons, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, on conviction, shall be punished<\/span><\/strong> by fine not exceeding one thousand dollars, or imprisonment<\/span><\/strong> not exceeding one year, or both, in the discretion of the court<\/strong> <\/span>(federal – district, circuit, Supreme)”<\/span> [italic-editions, mine<\/em>]<\/p>\n

This POTUS has clearly violated<\/strong> this most sacred of Constitutional Acts by his illegal amnesties and blatant violations of his Presidential duties according to Sections 4,8,9<\/strong><\/span>, and is thereby qualified to be immediately arrested by the “Warrant” and will of this particular, present”posterity”<\/strong><\/span> of We the People of the United States of America. <\/span><\/p>\n

That is, provided there is enough will amongst us Patriots to garners the attention of the Creator that HE will empower us with the knowledge, wisdom and courage to take such legal and justified action to salvage our country.<\/span><\/p>\n
