Resolutions Part III Excepts From Resolutions"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Part III: The Corpus Delicti \u2013 \u201cbody of evidence\u201d<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">\u201cI am tired of apologizing and being white-guilt tripped\u201d<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\nAnonymous<br \/>\n<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Excerpts In The Resolutions Granting Moratorium<br \/>\n<\/strong>Listed below are several passages of the House Resolution that points to the need for a Next Step that leads to healing and reconciliation.\u00a0 It is another \u201cbody of evidence\u201d \u2013 Corpus delicti that grants this Moratorium Proposition<\/p>\n<p>2.<strong> Whereas, slavery in America resembled no other form of involuntary servitude<br \/>\nknown in <\/strong><strong>history, as Africans were captured and sold at auction like inanimate<br \/>\nobjects or animals;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>5. Whereas, the system of slavery and the visceral racism against persons of African<br \/>\ndescent upon which it depended became <strong>entrenched in the Nation&#8217;s social fabric;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>6. Whereas,\u2026the Civil War, which was fought <strong>over the slavery issue;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>7.\u00a0 Whereas, after emancipation from 246 years of slavery\u2026and racial segregation laws<br \/>\nthat imposed a rigid system of officially sanctioned racial segregation <strong>in virtually all\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 areas of life;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>8.\u00a0 Whereas the system of de jure racial segregation known as Jim Crow\u2026was <strong>a direct <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 result of the racism against persons of African descent engendered by slavery ;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>9.\u00a0 Whereas,&#8230; <strong>the vestiges of Jim Crow continue to this day;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>10. Whereas, African-Americans <strong>continue to suffer from the consequences<\/strong> of slavery<br \/>\nand Jim Crow<\/p>\n<p>11. Whereas the story \u2026against them should <strong>not be purged from or minimized in the <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 telling of American history;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>12. Whereas President George W. Bush acknowledged slavery&#8217;s <strong>continuing legacy<\/strong> in<br \/>\nAmerican life and the need to confront that legacy when he stated that slavery &#8220;was . . .<br \/>\n<strong> one of the greatest crimes of history<\/strong> . . .<\/p>\n<p>\u2026 And many of <strong>the issues that still trouble America have roots in the bitter<br \/>\nexperience <\/strong><strong>of other times.<\/strong> But however long the journey, our destiny is set: liberty<br \/>\nand justice for all.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>13. Whereas, President Bill Clinton also acknowledged the <strong>deep-seated problems<br \/>\ncaused <\/strong><strong>by the continuing legacy of racism against African-Americans that began<br \/>\nwith <\/strong><strong>slavery\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>14. Whereas, a genuine apology is <strong>an important and necessary first step<\/strong> in the<br \/>\nprocess of racial reconciliation;<\/p>\n<p>15. Whereas, an apology for centuries of brutal dehumanization and injustices cannot<br \/>\nerase the past, but<strong> confession of the wrongs committed can speed racial healing<br \/>\nand <\/strong><strong>reconciliation and help Americans confront the ghosts of their past; <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>17. We refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; margin-bottom: .0001pt;\"><strong><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">So we have come to cash this check &#8212; a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice.&#8217;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; margin-bottom: .0001pt;\"><strong><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">After these statements made August 28,1963, 45 years later, July 23,2008,\u00a0 the &#8220;bank of justice&#8221;, which is the United States government, finally acknowledged the truth of what Rev.-Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. admonished, that there does exist such a Promissory Note for the purpose of justice, and not revenge in the name of Reparations, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Resolved, That the House of Representatives&#8211;<\/strong><br \/>\n(3) expresses its commitment to rectify <strong>the lingering consequences<\/strong> of the misdeeds<br \/>\ncommitted against African-Americans under slavery and Jim Crow and<em><strong> to stop the <\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 occurrence of human rights violations in the future.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Along with other passages stated in the Apology Resolution, these without controversy demonstrate the Moratorium is the obvious &#8220;<strong>NEXT STEP&#8221;<\/strong> whereby We the People can fulfill their mandates of Healing this &#8220;nation of immigrants&#8221; from its chattel slavery and Jim Crowism &#8220;wound&#8221;, and end its generational aftermath upon our conjoined descendant children.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, based on the honesty and truth of the Resolutions, the implementation of the Moratorium Proposition will ultimate lead to the expected America dreamed of by our founding fathers, thereby making this \u201cnation of immigrants\u201d one that is indeed post racialist.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>&#8220;You shall know the truth and the truth will set you free&#8221;<\/strong> <\/span>Jesus &#8211; Yeshuah Christ<\/p>\n<p>As We the People embrace and know the truth, the United States will be freed from the grip of so called &#8220;White-guilt complex&#8221;, and finally, after 228 years become a post racial country.<\/p>\n<p><strong>See <a title=\"STANDING: Cong.
