and a participant of the Capitol Hill National Caucus (CHNC) expect you to honor the following instructions from us, they being:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"margin-top: 0in;\" start=\"1\" type=\"1\">\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in;\"><strong><strong>Support the CHNC expectation of Congress, et al, to hold Moratorium<\/strong>, t<\/strong>hat is temporarily suspend any and all deliberations on immigration (legal and undocumented) matters, including that of the comprehensive reform, as well as * Anchorism \u2013 \u201cpresumed citizenship\u201d, until full, complete investigative hearings in both Houses of Congress, the Presidency, and Supreme Court on its impact, positive of negative, upon the descendants of chattel slaves, Freemen, * Refugees and * Jim Crow Survivors and their descendant children, i.e., American Black US Citizens, so called African-American.Support the CHNC expectation of Congress to hold Moratorium, that is:<strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0in;\" type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"mso-list: l0 level2 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in;\">Without controversy, as immigration (legal and undocumented) has, is and will have profoundly significant positive or negative effect upon the Subjects of the 14th Amendment-1866 Civil Rights Act, it is spiritually, morally, emotionally and US Constitutionally correct to conduct such imperative, \u201cnation (Union) of immigrants\u201d \u2013saving investigative hearings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0in;\" type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in;\">While not Reparations, it is the least, non-monetary, honorable, most gratefully right thing to do for the descendant children of their ancestors upon whose backs our \u201cnation of immigrants\u201d was\/is built whereby We the People\u201d enjoy the Constitutional Civil Rights to us, \u201cWhite citizens\u201d, i.e., Americans of willing immigrant heritages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0in;\" type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in;\">\u201cAnchorism\u201d \u2013 The custom of using the 14th Amendment as a so-called \u201cbirthright\u201d legality which supposedly authorizes citizenship upon a baby born to a woman of foreign nationality within the geo-political borders of the United States without official permission from the proper federal authorities and due processes for entry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0in;\" type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in;\">\u201cRefugees\u201d \u2013 According to Section 3 of 1866 Civil Right Act, Refugees refer to the freed chattel slaves who were displaced-homeless as an aftermath of Civil War battles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0in;\" type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in;\">\u201cJim Crow<strong>\u201d<\/strong> \u2013 Including the earlier, Black Codes, Jim Crow is the 99 years of generations-destroying, racial discrimination legislation from 1865 to 1964, which succeeded 225 years of chattel slavery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol style=\"margin-top: 0in;\" start=\"2\" type=\"1\">\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;
