T<\/span><\/strong>he Talking Points – Mission Statement
\n<\/span><\/strong><\/span>[<\/strong>See Narrative<\/a> |\u00a0The Two Distinct American Heritages<\/a> |\u00a0CHNC Mission Statement<\/a>]<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

1<\/strong>. The Capital Hill National Caucus (CHNC) demands and expects\u00a0immediate Moratorium <\/strong><\/span>on all Congressional deliberations and Presidential\u00a0Orders\u00a0<\/span>on <\/span>comprehensive illegal immigration reform (CIIR)-amnesties until point\u00a02<\/strong> of this Proposition document is fully completed;<\/span><\/p>\n

2<\/strong>. Following Moratorium legislation, both Houses of Congress and the Presidency, with Supreme Court oversight, immediately enact and initiate thorough hearings and investigations<\/span><\/strong> to perform the following:<\/span><\/p>\n

A.<\/strong>\u00a0to determine\u00a0impact of legal and illegal immigration (CIR)-amnesties<\/span>, <\/span>past, present and future, whether positive or negative<\/span> on US native<\/span>,* blacks<\/span>;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

> \u201cblacks\u201d<\/strong> – other than the Indigenous peoples (Indians), blacks are the\u00a0US citizens whom can also be considered a kind of\u00a0native-indigenous\u00a0group\u00a0as well, in that though they originated in the\u00a0African continent, and were bought as slaves\u00a0from African and Muslim\u00a0merchants, and brought against their wills\u00a0to British-US America by European and American slave traders\u00a0to be sold to fellow immigrants since *1619.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0*1619″ <\/strong>The first group of Africans were brought as slaves to the Jamestown,\u00a0not by the\u00a0British, but rather the Dutch, on\u00a0a Dutch Man of War\u00a0Slave Ship.\u00a0 Not according to myth, by Sir John Hawkins\u00a0and his so called “Jesus of Lubececk, commonly known as “Good Ship Jesus”.<\/span><\/p>\n

B. according to the findings<\/strong>,<\/span> craft special 14th Amendment immigration policies, laws and programs that fulfills<\/strong> <\/span> * Section 1 of the 1866 Civil Rights * Act.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

3<\/strong>. The Moratorium Proposition is benign<\/strong><\/span> in that,\u00a0the measure\u00a0is neither anti nor pro comprehensive illegal immigration reform (CIR)-amnesties- even that of\u00a0the POTUS’s Emancipation Proclamation-like amnesty, but is rather inclusive of all political factions, societal classes, and ethno-racial identity, therefore, it is imperative that this is something of which all Americans of immigration heritage, i.e., \u201cwhite citizens\u201d, <\/a>should eagerly embrace.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

4. If not, why not?<\/span> <\/strong>What good reason is there from anybody or entity of willing immigration heritage to not implement the Moratorium Proposition? <\/span><\/p>\n
