Immigration Reform and Control Act<\/span><\/a>, of 1965, including the “custom” of so called birthright citizenship, erroneously based on the 14th Amendment, Section 1.
\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\nAll o f the honorable participants in the \u201cTable of Brotherhood\u201d Congressional coalition are of immigrant heritage, except the members of the Congressional Black Caucus, such as Congressman Danny Davis, who is a descendants of chattel slaves and is an actual survivors of Jim Crow.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\nThis moratorium and hearings procedure is not anti-immigrants, legal or undocumented, nor anyone else, <\/b>but rather simply to conduct full, thorough, complete investigations by all three federal branches, especially in light of the astronomical ramifications it will bring upon the descendant children of chattel slaves, et al.<\/span><\/p>\nThe MLK, Jr. \u201cTable of Brotherhood\u201d is affording Washington an opportunity to unite this \u201cnation of immigrants\u201d to commit the morally correct thing in the matter of immigration that it may survive, thrive and be healed of the generations-destroying chattel slavery-Jim Crow-race \u201cwound\u201d that has consistently plagued the United States since its July 2-4,1776 birth.<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/span><\/b>The Narrative
\n<\/strong>Until now, the primary persons discussing \u2013 deliberating immigration issues (legal or illegal) have been White-Caucasians, including Hispanic\/Latinos, who incidentally according to their homeland constitutions, the US federal government, and their own birth certificates, are also White-Caucasian, even practicing a European culture.<\/p>\nSubsequently, immigration discussions are about White peoples\u2019 rights, as evidenced by the conspicuous exclusion for the concerns of the only non-immigrants in America, i.e., American Black US citizens, who are primarily the descendants of chattel slaves, including Jim Crow Survivors, the so called African-Americans\u2026as though they don\u2019t exist. \u00a0<\/span>Hence, \u201cAmerica, a nation of immigrants!\u201d<\/p>\nAs to add insult to injury, the \u201cGang of 8\u201d managed to pass a Senate bill that totally excluded all concerns for the descendants of the chattel slaves, et al, in this matter of immigration.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\nTherefore, \u201cNow is the time\u2026\u201d<\/b> in this \u201cfierce urgency of now\u2026\u201d<\/b> for the MLK, Jr. \u201cTable of Brotherhood\u201d coalition to initiate a nuance approach to the immigration issue thereby dissolve the political hard lines that justice may prevail for our country.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
