“Illegal immigration hurts US black citizens more than anybody else in this ‘nation of immigrants” <\/strong>POTUS Donald Trump (paraphrased) – True or False?<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"14th_2<\/a>Solely Granted To The USA, Freed, Chattel Slaves, Freemen and Their Descendant Children<\/strong><\/span>
\nAs Long As This Union Republic of Immigrants “Shall Not Perish From The Earth.”<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

By the authority<\/strong> <\/span><\/span>of the Civil Rights Act of 1866<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, being the Progenitor and “Rosetta Stone” interpreter of the14th Amendment, Section 1, it is the intent of Los Angeles based, Capital Hill National Caucus (CHNC)<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0to initiate, found and orchestrate a national body politic throughout America for the purpose of returning the plight of American Black US citizens, i.e., descendants of chattel slaves, Jim Crow survivors, et al,\u00a0 to their original and Constitutional status as the Number One Business Agenda of this “nation of immigrants” all of its domestic and foreign political affairs and governance.
\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Such a national agenda will have the moral, emotional as well as Constitutional “high ground” to stop any and all foreign invasion movements into the United States by contrived racial minorities, including illegal immigrants who misuse-abuse the Civil Rights Legacies, Heritages and Benefits that belong to the descendant of chattel slaves and Jim Crow survivors.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Narrative
\n<\/strong>Given their unique experiences of “dimification\u00a0in\u00a0the invaded and occupied US state, Californians, particularly\u00a0black-negroes\u00a0of *Los Angeles, (being chattel slave descendants-Jim Crow\u00a0survivors,\u00a0et al), are in the *best position of all American citizens to warn against the\u00a0nation-destroying impact of comprehensive illegal immigration reform (CIIR)-amnesties\u00a0and\u00a0therefore can\u00a0rightfully determine\u00a0eligibility into the jurisdiction of the United States.<\/span><\/p>\n

* “Los Angeles”<\/strong> – Considered by the La Raza elements as\u00a0the national \u201cSanctuary City\u201d capital of America<\/span><\/div>\n

\n* “best position<\/strong>” – <\/span>Ironically, in this case, Black peoples’ are the proverbial “canary in the coal mine” to determine the state and fate of the United States of America.<\/span><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n

“Illegal Immigration” Invasion-Occupation Is Only One Issue<\/em><\/strong><\/span>
\n While the issues of immigration (legal or undocumented) are fatally serious to the existence of American black US citizens, they are but a part of the atrocities that continue to plague the descendants of chattel slaves-Jim Crow survivors since their forced\u00a0apprehension\u00a0into the jurisdiction of the United States from that of the Judaic-Christian, British Empire by the founding fathers’ Declaration of Independence from it.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nevertheless<\/strong>, the CHNC recognizes that the immigration issues, especially of CIIR-amnesties (* comprehensive illegal<\/em> <\/strong>immigration reform) is becoming an awakening mechanism to serve as a \u201cwind in our sails\u201d to \u201cblow\u201d our ship of issues concerning the descendants of chattel slaves, et al, back\u00a0into the rightful\u00a0Number One agenda item of\u00a0moral and legal business of the United States of America, which should have never been abandoned in the first place.<\/span><\/p>\n

In fact, this abandonment which began in 1887 to 1964, except for the 8 years of the former, WWII Supreme Allied Commander, General Dwight David Eisenhower’s Presidential administration, is the central reason for the present threat to the US national security.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

No America Without The Descendants of Chattel Slaves, et al<\/em><\/strong><\/span>
\n It is in this sense that we understand that the fate of the nation lies once again with that of American Black US citizens, even as the late Rev.-Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. says, “…for many of our White brothers…have come to realize that their destiny is tied up with our destiny, and their freedom in inextricably bound to our freedom”<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Chattel Slaves et al Descendants Have The Moral Authority<\/em><\/strong><\/span>
\n On this issue of the civilian foreign invasion and occupation of our country, only the descendants of the chattel slaves, who are non-willing immigrants, have the moral authority to authorize the execution the “sword” of Constitutional Law in the matter.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hence, as 150 years ago during the US Civil War, the Emancipation Proclamation placed black freemen and ex-slaves on the front lines (38,000 killed)\u00a0of the conflict to end chattel slavery, apparently GOD has ordained\u00a0that once again they are to be the saving\u00a0“cause”\u00a0of the Union of which circa 740,000 young, “white citizens” boys gave their lives.<\/span><\/p>\n

America’s Black Shield
