The Case of Los Angeles Systemic Racism Against American Africans, i.e., US Federalized Citizens

The root or foundation of today’s systemic racism against American African, black, US,
…federalized citizens is the neglect of the federal government to enforce their specialized Civil Rights.
The primary broken and ignored federal laws are the January 1, 1963, Emancipation Proclamation;
…and the 1866-68 Civil Rights/14th Amendment Act of “Birthright Citizenship” of President Abraham Lincoln,
…military-liberated, chattel slaves and their descendant children into perpetuity.
It’s my thinking that there is an excellent case against Los Angeles City and County for systemic and personal
…anti-black racism, as I can present a corpus delicti- a body of evidence of such.
The Violation of These Federal Laws
The 1866-68 Civil Rights/14th Amendment Act of exclusive, federalized citizenship to militarily liberated,
…American African, chattel slaves, i.e., Freedmen, and Freemen (non-slave)
The January 1, 1863, Emancipation Proclamation, Executive Order #90, upon which the only tripartite
…Amendments in the US Constitution are founded upon, particularly Sentence 2. B. (editions-mine)Sentence
Sentence 2. A. “…all persons held as slaves…shall be then, thenceforward, and forever free;”
Sentence 2. B. “…and the Executive Government of the United States, including the military and
naval authority thereof, will recognize and maintain the freedom of such persons, and
will do no act or acts to repress such persons, or any of them, in any efforts they may make
for their actual freedom.
“The Powers That Be”
The Subject Beneficiaries of these and other related federal laws are Constitutionally authorized to
…execute them for “their actual freedom”, thereby saving the Union and keeping our Republic.
A matter President Lincoln came to understand from GOD!
Similar, but more sinister than the 99 years of legislated “Black Codes-Jim Crowism”, is today’s
…systemic racism, which is far more dangerous and potentially fatal to the federalized citizens.
Homelessness is the ultimate manifestation of the severe lack of federal enforcement of these laws.
It’s my objective to pro se this case in the District Court, which entails the following:
Addressing the stealthy and sinister effects of systemic racism, which is the primary cause of black homelessness in the USA
1. Addressing the devastation of illegal alien immigration, foreign invasion-occupation of American African,
…exclusive, US federalized citizens3. Devastations, domestic and foreign, are caused by a lack of federal law
…knowledge and subsequent enforcement of federalized citizens
Some, understandably, due to illiteracy and deliberate sabotage
2. Corpus Delicti “body of evidence” based on demographics of homelessness, as well as other societal causing
…social maladies destroying our people as the generational aftermath of chattel slavery and Jim Crowism
3. The federal laws demand justice.
The Department of Justice was originally established to protect America’s military-liberated, chattel slaves
, i.e., Freedmen; Freemen (non slave blacks), and their descendant children, forever.
