The Matters

1. The President of the United States (POTUS), the Hon. President Donald J. Trump, is offering federal lands for housing, whereby there are tens of millions of acres throughout the country; and the Governor of California, the Hon. Gavin Newsom, is doing likewise.

2. Objective: By order of the POTUS, with his direct involvement, access those offered federal and state lands for the implementation of EXODUS II: 2028, LA Olympics Homeless Resolution Initiative.

The EXODUS II, i.e., New Frontier II, coincides with the “America’s Golden Age Era”
The Homestead Acts of the 1800s, whereby Americans were offered federal lands to settle on at no cost, is a huge historic precedent upon which the tenets of EXODUS II are based.

The 21st Century, American Industrial and Cultural Renaissance

3. Various creative, 21st-century technology-oriented industries will emerge, such as housing and building structures, with numerous practical applications for developing government-chartered, planned, locally customized, eco-conscious, labor-intensive small cities, towns, and villas simultaneously across all 50 States.

• As a diverse group ranging from the homeless to the wealthiest, all legitimate US citizens are welcomed as 21st-century pioneers into the American New Frontier of the “Promised Land”, coinciding with US President Donald Trump’s Ideal of “America’s Golden Age.”
• This mega idea of community building will unleash a torrent of free-thinking, creative housing concepts, as well as innovative architectural and construction ideas, which will enrich the architecture and construction industries and foster nuanced cultures and philosophies.
• Once in place, these developments will become the foundations and legacies of human behavior for many untold generations yet to come, the 21st Century, American Renaissance.

4. Exiting (Exodus) the “old world” society, these daring, courageous Americans, inspired by the visionary hope of exiting into the futuristic, civil societies of “America’s Golden Age-Era,” of New Frontier II, as 21st Century Pioneers, forging the way for others to yet to come in a White House, organized, systematic way.

6. By US Presidential Executive Order
It’s our task as this particular, We the People body politic, to summon the President of the United States (POTUS) to execute immediately EXODUS II.

7.  The intent to implement EXODUS II, with its emphasis on homelessness, the subsequent consequence of overpopulated, extremely toxic urban centers, is naturally causing the formulation of the first in US history, as a functioning body politic of We the People, as “America’s Golden Age-Era” is unattainable with us.

Human Anatomy Metaphor of the US Constitution:
As the thinking Head (brain), i.e., the Boss of the US Constitution body of 7 Articles and 27 Amendments, it is We the People who are ordered “to more perfect the Union, Establish Justice, ensure Domestic Tranquility…” etc. Whatever the Head desires, the Body must naturally comply.

NOTE: Nowhere in the Constitution does the term “leader” appear, nor does it state that the elected and appointed officials are ordered to perform that task, they being merely employees, and living tools to execute the laws for the wishes of We the People.

• For 250 years, such a governing body, which is the very essence for which the 1776 Revolution was waged, as its philosophical intent continues into greater perfection, transforming and transitioning from level to level.
• The Controversy of “We the People” was/is the matter for which the 1776 Revolution was about, people’s governance, instead of monarchical, dictatorial, “strong man” tyranny, which is what human beings through world history are accustomed to, from tribal to urban civilizations.

Even the Declaration of Independence admits to such, stating,

“…and accordingly, all experience hath shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed“.

Urban myth says, that post the 1776 war, when Benjamin Franklin was having beer in the private quarters of  HRM, King George III, in a light, humerous moment, the ‘ole crazy” king said to him with a salute, “Benny boy, got to hand it to you, somehow, you upstart rabbles beat this most powerful military empire on earth, but good luck with that people governance thing, as you are up against human nature and history of ‘stong man’ rule.”

While in agreement with the king’s assessments, such is why the founding fathers ended the Declaration of Independence with ”

“And for the support of this declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor.”

Yes, naturally, a We the People governance is an impossible, as indeed the record of history affirms, but by Divine Providence of GOD’s will who

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.”

Therefore, k knowing this matter of human frailty, the founding fathers, firmly believed that someday, during this Union Republic’s most trying time for existence, The GOD of Nature, and the Supreme Judge of all the world, to Whom We the People appeal for “the rectitude of our intentions”, of necessity, will cause US citizens to transend argumentive, ideosicrincies, competitive, jealous untrusting human nature, to live our Creed, thereby foiling King George’s predictions.

The United States of America, Union Republic, is the first and only, “Nordu Ordu Seclurum” (“New Order of the Ages), created and developed by “E Pluribus Unum” (“Out of Many, One”), for which it is granted “Annuit Coeptis (HE Has Favored Our Undertaking”)

Hence, unlike any other governance through work history of “strong man” tyranny, the Amreican Dream is an ongoing, spiritual, i.e., supernatural, Ideal.

This ongoing revolutionary process will continue, as long as this Republican Form of Government (Art. 4. Sec. 4 Const) “nation under GOD shall not perish from the earth.

Such is the most genuine essence of the “American Dream”, for which the late American prophet, young Rev.-Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., prophesied, saying,

 “I still have a dream. It is a dream deeply rooted in the American dream. I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed, “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal.”

The homelessness crisis in America is the catalyst that drives, for the first time in the 250 years of US history, the emergence and birth of a true, functioning,
We the People body politic.

Throughout the history of social justice movements, when finally cornered by demonstrations and protests, from the 1960’s Civil Rights efforts, to that of “Occupy Wall Street”, “Black Lives Matter”, etc., the government, i.e., “The Man”, has asked the negoting delegations, “What is it that you want?  Can you demonstrate a working model of sorts? How would whatever you are seeking, function?” etc.

And every time, these leadership delegations supposedly representing the People are void of such.

Learning from the past, this particular We the People body politic, are instead able and equipped to answer those kinds of questions to the man’s satisfaction, and demonstrate to him/such a workable model, which is first in his interest, then ours, that he/it, will comply.

It’s not our intent to destroy the “beast-man”, but rather to tame and train him/it to “pull our wagon.
