As America’s foremost, “unsung” social activist, “yet to be sung”, I have designed the only comprehensive, strategic national plan that humanely resolves homelessness in a designated time frame.

This Plan has been deeply embedded within the White House, under the auspices of the US Interagency Council On Homelessness, of the Office of Domestic Policy, since the Hon. George H.W. Bush 41 Presidential Administration, through to that of Trump and Biden, as well as in the pertinent federal departments, i.e. HUD (Housing and Urban Development), HHS (Health & Human Services), VA (Veterans Administration), DOJ (Department of Justice); and local jurisdiction, LAHSA (LA Homeless Services Authority), City, County and State. Also, via this homelessness matter, I will address and present a resolution to America’s 405 years of struggle with the deep wound of white-black racism. This matter particularly burdens young white people, who desire healing from inherited pains.

Such was demonstrated with the recent “Pro-Palistinian”, before that, “Black Lives Matter”, earlier “Occupy Wall Street”, back to the 1960s Civil Rights and anti-war Peace movements, of which I’m one of very few.

Subsequently, I’m still committed, more than ever, to being an active-serving veteran of great, learning, lived experience, that will prove highly valuable to the TED Talk audience, but also the massive “Quiet Quitters” movement for Freedom from the bondage of materialism and vanity, i.e., “Babylon and Egypt”!

It’s my intention via this platform to enlighten, excite, thrill educate and motivate to action,l these “wandering souls” with my unique, lived-experiential knowledge and insights that inspire to action, people of all ages, classes, ethno-racial identities, religions or none, philosophies, etc., instilling and stirring visionary hope in them for the future, i.e., succeeding generations. A strong, functioning, We the People, body politic, will now activate the Strategic Plan that will reasonably resolve these interconnected matters, by the will, grace, and mercy of Almighty GOD!

Civil Rights activist since the 1960’s – Maryland, Pennsylvania, New England, Los Angeles
Founder and Director of Dome Village for homeless resolution in Los Angeles, from 1993-2007 (13 years)
Willingly dwelled on the sidewalks of LA’s Skid Row, with homeless persons, from 1985-1993
Along with fellow homeless, street activists via protests, rallies, and demonstrations, including acts of non-violent civil disobedience, raised the public consciousness through media coverage. See the below links.

Drawing from his unique experience in homelessness, Ted Hayes seeks to encourage others to discover within themselves that purpose that is larger than their lives, to develop civil societies for the betterment of all humanity.

Since 1985, Ted has spoken to large groups in auditorium settings, marches, and rallies, before government bodies such as the city council, county boards of supervisors, state legislators, and various spiritual/religious, and secular groups.

He also has received *media coverage on his unique, American, International Cricket venture which was endorsed by the British Royal Family from the mid-1990s through 2011.
