Second Letter to COC leaders, et al
Greetings, fellow servants in Christ, Shalom!
It’s with much appreciation that I address you today, Brothers Mark Hooper and Carlos, regarding the issue of homelessness.
Please accept my direct approach, as we have limited time to address this homelessness matter, especially in light of President Trump’s Executive Order of July 25th. What has occurred in plain open “daylight” (not anyone else’s fault but our own), is what the LORD revealed to me 40 years ago, on Skid Row, Los Angeles, is developing.
Over this 40-year generation, I have become the “Exhibit-A” as to why and how homelessness has now become the number one domestic matter of national security, even greater than that of international dealings…literally!
Therefore, should this Order be executed and implemented, it is the portal to a militarily enforced relocation of the country’s homeless masses of, US citizens onto federal lands in “huge tent cities”.
This will have devastating, generational effects upon American African, US federalized, black citizens, being the predominantly and dissproportionately 60% of homelessness, while they/we are circa 11-13%, dwelling primarily in urban centers.

Our Holy ABBA, Almighty GOD, The CENTRAL FIGURE of The Holy Bible, and that of the 1776 Declaration of Independence; and Who told President Abraham Lincoln to sign the January 1, 1863, Emancipation Proclamation, also revealed to the antidoke to the looming draconian measure threatening us all, i.e., The “Promisorry Note” which purchase EXODUS II: 2028, LA Olympics Homeless Resolution Initiative.

As a growing, functioning, We the People body politic, according to our Preamble orders “to more perfect the Union, establish Justice, ensure Domestic Tranquility, etc,“, i.e., homelessness, are ever becoming cognizant enough can now, together go the “bank of Justice” – the White House, and demand of the its President – President Trump.
In the truest sense of “fierce urgency of Now”, as Martin Luther King, Jr., dreamed of a generation of us federalized citizens, whom GOD allowed him to see from the “mountain top”, will make “someday soon”, TODAY, “Now is the time.”
By GOD’s authority, our shaking “the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges.”
Therefore, We are encouraging you to share this hopeful, visionary, GOD-sent message with your families, congregants, students, friends, associates, co-workers, fellow ministers, community, leaders, activists, including government officials, as this is an all-inclusive, religious-spiritual, political, partisan parties, and ethno-racial-nationality identities.

Gently let GOD’s sheep know that for a few second, even perhaps minutes of their to link and sign the Petition, will have lasting, positive, generational effects for themselves, ourselves, and our descendant children’s sakes, as well the Union Republic, for which our ABBA through Jesus/Yeshuar Christ, Ha Mashchiac, has designed, formed, birthed, prepared us for a time such as this TODAY.
It’s our objective to officially approach the White House in mid-month with the Petitions and a letter of instructions for him from We the People.
