Response to President Trump’s July 24, 2025, Executive Order
“A Note To The President: Consider the Alternative”

Dallas, Texas, President Trump, on July 24, 2025, you issued the order “Ending Crime and Disorder on America’s Streets,” directing cities to clear homeless encampments and move people into institutions ̶ even by force. While intended to restore safety, this approach risks deep harm to America’s most vulnerable citizens, whom you affectionately call the “Forgotten” and “Left Behind.”
We propose to you a historic alternative: EXODUS II: 2028, LA Olympics Homeless Resolution Initiative, designed by 40-year veteran civil rights and homeless activist Ted Hayes of Justiceville, Los Angeles, the National Homelessness Capital. This plan offers a lawful and morally humane solution that aligns with your vision while securing the legacy you desire.
By embracing EXODUS II, you can announce that homelessness will be resolved by the 2028 LA Olympics and during the 250th Anniversary of the United States in 2026. This “Dallas Deal” unites the unfinished dreams of Lincoln, JFK, and MLK ̶ transforming crisis into triumph and guiding America into a true Golden Age.
As many Christians across the nation ̶ even laying holy hands on you in the Oval Office ̶ prayed for your leadership to be righteous, we urge you to remember Christ’s warning:
“Since you have done it to the least of these My brethren, you have done it to Me.” (Matthew 25:40)
“Woe unto them that decree unrighteous decrees, and that write grievousness which they have prescribed; To turn aside the needy from judgment, and to take away the right from the poor of my people, that widows may be their prey, and that they may rob the fatherless!” (Isaiah 10:1‒2)
Sir, this order touches not only the poor, but Christ Himself. We share this not in anger, but in holy seriousness ̶ so that your legacy is not judgment, but justice.

The Dallas Deal: A Strategic Alternative to Forced Homeless Removal
Context
President Trump, on July 24, 2025, issued the order “Ending Crime and Disorder on America’s Streets.” It instructs local leaders to clear encampments, move unhoused people into hospitals or institutions even without consent, and cut funding to aid programs that don’t require relocation indoors.
While intended for public safety, this approach risks deep harm to America’s most vulnerable citizens, whom you affectionately call the “Forgotten” and “Left Behind.”
The Criminal Crisis
– African American descendants of slavery: 11‒13% of the U.S. population, but over 60% of the nation’s homeless.
– Los Angeles: 8‒9% Black general population, but over 40% of the homeless; on Skid Row, 90% Black men.
– This is not only a homelessness crisis ̶ it is a civil rights emergency.
The Alternative: EXODUS II
We propose to you a historic alternative: EXODUS II: 2028, LA Olympics Homeless Resolution

Sacred Admonition
Across the nation, millions of Jesus-believers have prayed for you to be a just leader, some even laying holy hands upon you in the Oval Office. As Commander in Chief, you bear not only executive power but also moral accountability before GOD.
We remind you of Christ’s words:
“Inasmuch as you have done it to the least of these My brethren, you have done it to Me.” (Matthew 25:40)

(Isaiah 10:1‒2)
This order touches not only the poor, but Christ Himself. Isaiah 10:1‒3 and Acts 9:4 warn of grave consequences: “Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting Me?”
We urge you, respectfully and soberly, to choose the path of justice and mercy. Let your legacy be the one that fulfilled the prayers over you ̶ not one that brought judgment.
