It’s vitally important that each respective Civilian Oversight Participant (C.O.P.) is versed in the
…basic strategic plan of EXODUS II: 2028, LA Olympics Homeless Resolution Initiative,
…so they can properly assess the activities of the Presidential Executive Ordered Appointed Homeless Servant Cszar (HSC).

Basic understanding of certain US Federal Laws, such as these, The:

1. Declaration of Independence, able to identify GOD, The Central Figure in It. July 1776
2.  Constitution, with Its’ Seven (7) Articles and Twenty-seven (27) Amendments March 4, 1789,
3. The Emancipation Proclamation January 1, 1863
4. Triad Amendments – Dec. 18, 1865, 13th; April 9, 1866 Civil Rights Act; July 9th, 1868, 14th; Feb. 3, 1870, 15th

Endorsement and basic understanding of:

1. EXODUS II: 2028, LA Olympics Homeless Initiative
2. Homeless Servant Czar

Basic understanding of:

1. GOD, and/or your Higher Power,
2. US History, including that of American African chattel slavery heritages
3. The Civil War of 1861-1865
4. 1960’s Civil Rights movement(s) from 1866 – 1964
5. “I Have A Dream” Speech of Prophet Martin Luther King, Jr.
