President Trump Faces Historic Choice: Law and Order or Lincoln’s Legacy

President Donald J. Trump has pledged not to forsake “the Forgotten” and “the Left Behind.” Yet homelessness and urban crime — concentrated among American Africans, the descendants of chattel slaves — present him with a constitutional dilemma.

Executive Order #13878, “Ending Vagrancy and Restoring Order,” enforces public safety. But without a companion plan to resolve the causes of homelessness and youth despair, the nation risks repeating the old tyrannies of the Antiquus Ordo Seclorum — where rulers from Pharaoh to Hitler used military power against their own people.

The solution is EXODUS II: 2028 LA Olympics Homeless Resolution Initiative.
This People-led plan fulfills the Preamble’s command to form a more perfect Union, while allowing the President to uphold law and order without becoming a social worker.

We call upon President Trump to empower the People through EXODUS II — and secure his legacy as the President who completed Lincoln’s unfinished work and redeemed America’s promise to its most forgotten citizens.
