We the 21st Century Pioneering Settlers: New Frontier II

In a sense, we’ve come to our nation’s capital to cash a check.

When the architects of our Republic wrote the magnificent words of the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every American was to fall heir.

This note was the promise that all men, yes, black men as well as white men, would be guaranteed the unalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

It is obvious today that America has defaulted on this promissory note insofar as its citizens of color are concerned.

Instead of honoring this sacred obligation, America has given the Negro people a bad check, a check which has come back marked “insufficient funds.”

And so we have come to cash this checka check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice.”

Amid the 1861-1865 US Civil War, which ended the 245 years, British/American, institutionalized human trafficking, chattel slavery industry, on May 20, 1862, the Hon. US President Abraham Lincoln #16, signed the Homestead Act, which was approximately seven months before signing the powerful, January 1, 1863, Emancipation Proclamation.

The authority of the Emancipation Proclamation, particularly the topic surrounding Sentence 2, B, is the foundation of authority bequeathed to the only Federal military-liberated Americans, who by US law were held as chattel slaves for 245 years, their descendant children, as long as “…this nation under GOD shall not perish from the earth.”

Rested on this foundation is the 1866 Civil Rights Act, which is the Progenitor of the 14th Amendment, being so powerful that the Hon. President, Andrew Johnson (D), who inherited the Presidency after Lincoln was assassinated, vetoed the bill.

This veto of Mr. Johnson is the “EXIBIT A”, beyond all question, inadvertently verifies the identity of Its Inheriting, Subject Beneficiaries; and their succeeding over states, their counties and municipalities, as well as “white citizens”, even including forever, the President and US military.

This proved to be too much for President Johnson and the Democratic Party to this very day.

In 1862, though 99.99 % of the Americans of willing immigration heritage, who were entrapped in the squander of the east coast overpopulated urban centers, being houseless/homeless, Lincoln signed the Homestead Act, specifically with the slaves and their descendants in mind.

As a result of their state of and from “naked” enslavement, even Freenebm, i.e., escaped, purchased, or liberated into freedom into 14th Amendment citizenship, American Africans were not to equipped to make the long arduous journey westward to the “Promised” federal land of the Homestead Act, nor the tools to cultivate the free land.

Whereas, most of the immigrants had the means to acquire and develop the free, federal lands, and therefore, were able to gain access, leaving the then “left behind”, super impoverished, American Africans to this day.

Such a development has come full circle in the following ways:

One hundred sixty-two years after the 1862 Homestead Act, combined with the powerful 1863 Emancipation Proclamation, our Union Republic has a Lincoln-emulating President, in the person of the Honorable Donald J. Trump, who, emulating his number one Presidential mentor, has opened millions of federal land acres for various housing types.

  Chattel slave descendants, who dwell primarily in urban centers, are disproportionately represented in the Traditional” homeless populations devoid of having somewhere, i.e., property-real estate to go, thereby forever entrapped in homelessness.

•  Since January 2025, LA County whirlwind fires, which rendered tens of thousands houseless, leading to homelessness, i.e., the “New”, are being combined with the “Traditional” homeless in their mutual quest for Promised, free, non-taxed, federal lands.

As the immigrants of the first Lincoln Homestead Act, by the powerful, “Promissory Note”, of the combined, Emancipation Proclamation and the 14th Amendment/1866 Civil Rights Act, federal black citizens of exclusive, super citizenship status can now by Constitutal law and Executive Order # 90, have the precise authority to access the promised, federal land, provided the this Presedent #47.

The Challenge: 21st Century, Pioneering Settlers
While not all, but many US citizens of “New” and “Traditional” homeless will take up the offer of the promised federal land, those who do must begin to develop a mindset similar to the the Homesteaders of 1862, and prepare for an arduous journey to the New Frontier lands of America, to lay the foundation of human civility for centuries to come.

No doubt, the journey will be arduous, but excitingly challenging, as it is driven, led, and inspired by a Divine, Providential, and visionary hope for “tomorrow”.
