All the below Party “Animals” are either seeking to revitalize their political careers or just trying to get one, which can only occur provided
…that they can demonstrate clever, practical, “out of the box” thinking and work on behalf of the populous.
The Golden Era of America can’t happen without the Golden State,
… i.e., “As goes California, so goes the nation.”
Our strategic national homeless plan, EXODUS II: 2028, Los Angeles Olympics Initiative, is the only such instrument in the USA.
Beginning in and with Los Angeles addresses the growing humanitarian crisis of “Traditional” and “New” homeless people
now being melded together into a singular and powerful body politic.
EXODUS II, The Only Such Strategic Plan
As I can tell from what is heard in media venues and “talk about the town,” ours is the only ad hoc, social-civic, business entity
…in Los Angeles County with the objective we have tasked ourselves with.
Like a huge offshore earthquake, the Californian partisan political landscape is shaking.
This sudden shaking is due to a couple of extremely shocking and transformative events, i.e.,
- The “surprise” re-election of President Donald J. Trump #45, now #47,
- …the catastrophic, whirlwind fires that have left the governmental bodies of LA City & County and State Legislature,
…especially the Governorship, paralyzed, even bereft of innovative ideas to quickly elevate the scourges of
…“Traditional” and “New” homeless.
Our strategic plan ideas are in the EXODUS II: 2028 Initiative, the only national plan in LA or America.
It was originally and primarily designed for the “Trads” (Traditional) homeless, but it now includes the “New” homeless.
The latter, though houseless, still have the “muscle” of their affluent, but most needed, their INFLUENCE, i.e., real We the People’s power.
In the midst of this societal Kaos, we can now exploit the hunger of the political “animals” to remain or get into the lucrative,
…ego satisfying, governmental positions of their aspirations.
Regardless of political persuasion, we have the golden addictive “substance,” which is stronger than drugs, alcohol, money, or even sex,
…which is the pathway to “glorious” political power.
The Elements of Our Exploitation
- Element I:
First and foremost, we have the golden element of EXOUDUS II, documented in LA City Council, Santa Monica City Council,
…The LA County Board of Supervisors, CA Legislature, LAHSA, HUD-LA & Washington, DC, and most White House Presidential Administrations,
…particularly those of George H.W. Bush #41, William “Bill” Clinton #42, and Donald J. Trump #45, Joeseph Biden #44.
We have the gold element that every State, County, and City, including the federal government of our Country, is desperate for
…but mysteriously can’t access: the homelessness fixtures, measures, and strategies of EXODUS II: 2028 is that element.
- Element II:
We fill the political animal egos of certain politicians, from local to national, elected positions by offering them the pathway
…to fulfill their intoxicatingly passionate aspirations for public office, one that they dare not and can not refuse.
Speculatively, the Political “animals,” i.e., Candidates For Public Powers, are:
- First, Governor Gavin Newsom
Revitalizes his political career, which is nearly defunct, even to the point that he has sided with MAGA -Republicans and Conservatives
…on the controversy of Transgender men in women’s sports matter.Wow! That’s a bit much for the governor of the largest “blue” state in America to “surrender,” or smartly he recognizes the changing social tides
… particularly after his previous ardent support of it.The political right is scared of and thinks Newsom is a shallow, dangerous, “handsome Harry,” a useful idiot for the socialists,
…and the political left might be leaving him due to his apparent appearance to suck up to the MAGA. A very difficult spot for him!
We are Mr. Newsom’s only hope of resuscitation his chances to continue drinking the sweet nectar of political power and “glorious” prestige
…by him embracing our strategic plan, whereby he brilliantly simultaneously resolves the “Trad” and “New” homeless crisis.
Through this effort, he attracts Republicans, Democrats, Independents, the political left and right, et al., because the whirlwind fires devasted them all,
…even as the “Trads” have been socio-economic and ethnic-racial, and classes devasted by toxic societal stresses.
Even if Mr. Newsom fails in this effort to secure our strategic plan with President Trump, he still emerges as a compassionate, pragmatic champion
…for all the people who are willing to learn from and accept the ingenious ideas of the common folk., thereby making him 2028 relevant.
- Second, Mayor Ayala of Norwalk
The City of Norwalk is in a heated political battle with and even a lawsuit against Gov. Newsom due to the latter’s threat to it and all other
…California counties and municipalities, that if they fail to dismantle homeless encampments and build affordable housing units,
…he will withhold state funds and sue them as well.
However, should Mayor Ayala heed and exercise our strategic plan, he will be accredited with organizing every city and county in the state,
…into an unprecedented, highly influential body politic, not against Newsom, but rather in support of his demands and expectations.
It’s sort of a jujitsu move to exploit his power!
Mr. Ayala and his newly formulated ad hoc government jurisdiction say that they will gladly comply with Mr. Newsom’s proposal
…to build housing for the homeless on state lands, as the latter has repeatedly proposed.
They also will instruct him to champion the EXODUS II to President Trump, who is offering federal lands to first-time home buyers,
…who would be exempt from property taxes, among other promised incentives.
This move by Mayor Ayala and the City of Norwalk will end the useless, costly, and expensive lawsuits between these two governmental entities,
…which, unfortunately, are paid for by CA taxpayers.
This will make taxpayers very happy, sustaining them for us, as we must have populous participation.
The political career of innovative leadership and long-term legacy will resonate throughout the Golden State.
- Third, LA Mayor, the Hon. Karen Bass
Bass is seeking re-election. Therefore, upon hearing of this work, she will try to find her place—her “seat”—on this fast-moving train. - The Hon. Ms. Kamala Harris
Ms. Harris is pondering running for governor and will also seek her “seat” as well. - The Hon. Ms. Jan Perry
Perry is seeking the election of the LA Mayor and will also seek a “seat.” at the “table.”However, Ms. Perry has a huge obstacle because of all the “animals; she was handed this strategic plan in 2,000 but betrayed it.
- Rick Caruso
Mr. Caruso may seek to be governor of the Golden State or revisit a mayoral run. - The Hon. Mr. Wes More, Maryland Governor?
We are working with my Civil Rights mentor from Aberdeen, Maryland, my hometown, to move upon the governor to be Newsom’s East Coast partner. - All business interest
