The Office of We the People
In this season of the 25oth (1776-2025) Anniversary of the exceptional, Divine Providential United States of America, Republican Form of Government, it is the privileged duty of We the People “to more perfect the Union, establish Justice, ensure Domestic Tranquility, etc….”, as the American Founding Fathers have ordered of us 247 years ago (1789-2025).
For this Posterity of the founders to effectively carry out that sacred order, the following federal items of laws and material resources of Necessity are requested and expected of and from the President of the United States (POTUS), he serving We the People as a quartermaster of America’s “…riches of freedom and the security of justice.” (MLK “Dream”)
According to specially designated federal laws, the POTUS is duty-bound to comply with the cognizant, simple, responsible requests and expectations of this body politic of African Americans, descendants of the military liberated chattel slaves, upon whose backs this purported “immigration under GOD” is built.
In this matter of black lives, they/we and they/we only have this bequeathed authority wrought for vis the US Civil War to Free the Chattel slaves, and ultimately end slavery, including that which is below gainful employment wages.
Items of Necessity from The POTUS:
- First, we commission this particular body, We the People, that administers the duties of the failed, suspended White House-based USICH (US Interagency Council on Homelessness) to ensure the swift, effective, efficient execution and implementation of EXODUS II.This commission is temporarily occupying an office space within the West Wing of White House, entitled the Home Office We the People (HOWP)
Therefore, the POTUS works daily with the HOWP until EXODUS II is fully operational.Retionale: Optics of hope upon the POTUS’s compliance

The Presidential Cabinet of millionaires and billionaires, including the specially appointed agency directed by the wealthiest man in the world, i.e., Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), embracing and working with an actual “grassroots”, body politic, literally emerged from Los Angeles Skid Row dating back to 1985, will give a great, necessary hopeful vision to All Americans of a “American Golden Age” future.B. - Second, commissioning operating homeless services is funded by venture capitalist investments from Wall Street and other investors, initiated by billionaire Cabinet members.
