…(but still affluential and influential) homeless persons, as they both have “nowhere to go.” - B. As this matter of houselessness, with time, develops into homelessness and its adapted mentality,
…it will become the center of debate from now to the 2028 LA Olympics (if it occurs). - As the Presidential Executive Order of EXODUS II is mandated to all States, their counties, and municipalities,
…Gov. Newsom naturally emerges as the organic, national leader of all 49 other states affected by homelessness.
He will be at the federal strategic planning “table” within the White House via the USICH, the US Interagency Council
…on Homelessness, as directed by the Homeless Servant Czar (HSC) until and beyond 2028.
2. Metaphorically riding the “surf” of the Golden States. Gold Tsunami blown by the California “whirlwind fires”
…from the West Coast Eastward, flooding into the White House, will influence POTUS Trump to comply
…with Gov. Newsons/our unified demand for the Strategic Plan for the nation beginning in LA.

…the primary contender in 2028 to certain, leading Republican for the Presidency.
Should Mr. Trump heed such advice about resistance to the CA, “Golden Tsunami Wave” surfboarded by
…Gavin Newsom, with the cognizant, federalized black citizen, Civil Rights activist, who initiated the effort,
…being in tow, could cause the Republicans to lose the 2028 election.
However, naturally looking out for his legacy, Trump will opt to embrace the Newsom Plan and tell the
…Republican candidates that they are on their own with this one.
Hence, we get everything that we envision, as hoped.
