Introductory Letter: To Civilian Oversight Participants
Greetings and Shalom!
This January 2, 2025, marks my unique and unprecedented in US history, 40th year of espousing
…a Strategic National Plan to humanely resolve “visible” homelessness,
…executed by the President of the United States (POTUS) via his “alter-ego”, |
Homeless Servant Czar.
It’s my understanding that no President is willing, nor should they appoint someone
…such as myself, “from the streets” of America’s forgotten US citizens, to a position
…of such a necessary amount of power, without first proper vetting, as well as being under
…the jurisdiction of a supervisory oversight enity.
Such a group allows the POTUS to make this appointment with confidence because
…as Homeless Servant Czar, I will perform in the newly created White House Office of
…Societal Moral Consciousness (OSMC).
Therefore, along with advisory capacity, as well as to prevent the event of any “bad” behavior on my part,
…the Civilian Oversight Participants (COP) will call me to account.
In this way, we protect your good names and reputations, as a sort of “Damocles Sword” situation!
This action prevents the government, et al, from taking unspeakable, drastic measures to deal with me
…as It knows my documented character for decades that I’m a “good guy”, and therefore do not have a need
…to harm me, my loved ones, or you.
Therefore, I’m inviting you as a member of my Civilian Oversight Participants (COP) to help keep me from
…from becoming power intoxicated, and embarrassingly behaving myself.
This is one of the best ways you might significantly “help the homeless”, as it is in your interest.
