Greetings, Ms. Michele Martinez,  Shalom!
Thanks kindly for communicating with me concerning our mutual passion to humanely, and rapidly resolve homelessness, and its societal causes, for which I also thank Elizebeth Mitchell for connecting us.

As this matter is the top priority for my strategic plans to access a “back door” entre to the White House that may share with the Hon. US President Donald J. Trump, #45-47, just imagining your very tight schedule, please provide me a couple of days and times in which you and I can meet, either by phone, zoom or preferably in person. I will adjust my schedule to yours.

Topic:
After discussing my immediate, intermediate, and long-term strategic national homeless plan with you, which has undergone several iterations and is now known as EXODUS II: 2028, LA Olympics Homeless Resolution Initiative, you will be encouraged to secure for me a private discussion with the Hon. Judge Carter.

After watching his courageous actions concerning homeless people and demanding answers from the designated government authorities, I can be of tremendous assistance to him in his honorable, but risky quest for justice in this matter.

As a “wide-eyed”, cognizant, surviving veteran of the late 1960s Civil Rights movement, the 40 years, since January 1985 til present of 2025,  whereby I’ve voluntarily addressed homelessness in the most unique and invotative ways, setting trends to this day, the first eight of purposely doing the unspeakable act of dwelling on the sidewalks of Skid Row, beginning the Justiceville encampment, which inadvertenly spawned the encampments crisis.

Perhaps, more than anyone, knowing well the daunting obstacles in the way of implementing realistic resolutions to what has become the homelessness industrial complex (HIC), which is akin to the prison industrial complex (PIC), is not in the interest of those who can, but won’t due to having financial and political motives to keep the status quo.

Judge Carter has rightly noted the extreme disparity and too often, numerical disproportion of American African, federalized citizens, entrapped in homelessness, particularly in downtown LA, the National Homeless Capital, and that of our homeless military veterans.

As an awakened federalized citizen, it has been revealed to me how to access and utilize my federal citizenship status to resolve homelessness for my people, and including all other ethno-racial identities also entrapped in the mercy of the outlawed bottoms and outer edges of our society.

It is this Constitutional authority that I seek to share with Judge Carter, specifically through a small request from him to the President, rather than a federal court case.

By the way, I can also demonstrate the Constitutional case that supports the possibility of legislating this matter in federal, District, and Circuit Courts, which the Judge will explain when we meet with him. Of course, this is to be shared with you first.

If you require more details before we speak, they can be provided, particularly concerning the growing nationwide movement that is being developed.

This includes resolving the daily increasing crisis of “New” homelessness, i.e., the January 2025 whirlwind fire refugees, being melded with the “Traditional.”

In brief, our strategy includes President Trump’s offer of federal lands, free of charge and exempt from property taxation, for 21st-century housing.

Presently, the President has three uses for such housing on federal property: his “Ten Freedom Cities,” first-time home buyers, and “huge tent cities” for the homeless militarily relocated there, from which they can never leave.  Hmmmmm!  Raising some interesting deep red flags!

Therefore, particularly in light of the President’s July 25th Executive Order, which is the portal to military enforcement, my team is appealing to him to work with us to access federal lands whereby we construct small planned, government-chartered, privately funded, societally mixed, cities, towns, villas, in evert State to local customization.
