Letter: Ms. Michelle Martinez – Concerning Speaking With Judge Carter (short version)
Subject: Brief Request — Meeting with Judge Carter on National Homelessness Resolution
Dear Ms. Martinez, Shalom,
I have been following the LA Alliance case and deeply respect Judge Carter’s courageous leadership. Yet, despite great efforts from all sides, the crisis has reached a plateau with no single, comprehensive solution that can stand in both public opinion and on appeal.
The practical execution of this much-needed solution lies within the authority of the 1866 Civil Rights Act/14th Amendment federal citizenship laws, of which I desire to share with the Judge.
For 40 years, I have carried a lawful, humane, and God-given remedy — EXODUS II — addressing the crisis most gravely affecting federalized citizens: the descendants of America’s 245 years of chattel slavery, of which I am a descendant son.
To leave this wound unhealed imperils our moral standing, national unity, and sacred identity before all nations, especially as we approach the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence.
This moment could fulfill President Trump’s “Golden Era” vision and usher in a New Frontier — a federal Promised Land that sets a model for the world.
I respectfully request the opportunity to present this tested, “win-win” plan to Judge Carter. My team and I believe he will find it both feasible and inspiring.
Agape–Shalom,
Ted Hayes
