Introducing: Emancipation Proclamation National Day of Commemoration

In this, the 250th Anniversary of the United States of America, Union Republican Form of Government; the 63rd Commemoration of the August 28, 1963 “I Have A Dream” Speech at the DC Civil Rights March; the 58th Memorial of the assassination of Martin Luther King, Jr.; and the 163rd Celebration of the January 1, 1863 Emancipation Proclamation, Executive Order # 90; including the 23rd Annual Rise of Mr. Citizens Patriot,

We, the People of the United States Constitution, Preamble Order, and Mr. Patriot, in its 3rd year, present the “National Emancipation Proclamation Commemoration Day.” (NEPCD)

The Objective of this gestating, yet to be birthed, “body politic embryo” within the sacred “womb” of America, struggling to be born, is this fate and highly significant, once in in a 250 year cycle to inspire the Congressional legislation of NEPCD as a legal holiday, along with New Year’s Day, even as President Abraham Lincoln wisely and cleverly intended.

Note: This official holiday will be tax-free, as employees are already being paid for New Year’s Day.

According to professional Civil War-era scholars, the Emancipation Proclamation is rightly considered the “Second” or “Part II” of the Declaration of Independence, of which its authors deliberately excluded their fellow “born in the USA” American brethren.

This, in light of GOD being the Central Figure Part I and Part II of the new nation under HIM, WHO as CREATOR equally endowed all of his children with His gifts of inalienable rights.  Such is a mocker before all countries of the world and realms of Creation, being a transgression against HIS Majesty.

Though by Divine Providence the founding fathers won the “hot” (violence, bloodshed) 1775-1789 Revolutionary War, the victorious new nation under The Most High was only half-born of paternal twins, one free according to the First, foundational, first law of the Union Republic.

Revealingly, after the “hot” revolutionary struggle, former President the Hon. Thomas Jefferson, who penned the Declaration, expressed the prevailing, but silent/whispered, “guilt-ridden” sentiment of the time concerning this dangerous hypocrisy.

Being a self-proclaimed “Christian” nation under GOD, according to Bible teachings, as well as universal laws of collective, generational karma, retribution, etc., they knew that someday, hopefully not in their time, there would be a reckoning by GOD, HE being the Central Figure, and HIS PERSONAL Reputation at stake.

On behalf of his fellow founding fathers and the American people, Thomas Jefferson, by writ, expressed their sentiment.

The consequential President and Presidential mentor of Abraham Lincon, continues in writ to say that when thinking about such, and that as Supreme Judge of all the world, to whom they, the warring founding fathers, appealed “for the rectitude (moral right) or our intention, i.e., the excuse of violent revolt against England’s British Empire, a fellow “Christian nation”, thereby causing small world war, was/is based on HIS gifts, he then trembles for his new nation.

Recognizing the previous danger, in the summer of 1862, during the Civil War, President Lincoln covenanted with the LORD of Hosts, that should the Confederate chattel slave-holding states, that seceded from the Union, reject his Issuance and not return, on January 1 of 1863, he will then sign the Emancipation Proclamation.

As a result, the Emancipation began the process of militarily liberating all chattel slaves, and under GOD, empowered them to fend for their “actual freedom”, by placing heavy mandates on himself and for all succeeding Presidents to emulate and obey into perpetuity, and thereby retheming the military conflict as the “War To Liberate the Chattel Slaves”.

Therefore, essentially, Emancipation “killed” the “First” Declaration due to its insufficiency for what GOD wanted/wants of this nation under HIM, particularly its peoples being professed followers, i.e., Christians, of HIS Son, Yeshua/Jesus Christ, Ha Mashiach, and giving it a “new birth of freedom” (thereby having two of such), hence, the Second or better still Part II, completing is intended mandates.

Moved upon by GOD, either instinctively or academically, Lincoln came to understand the critical controversy that the Supreme Judge had/has with the new nation, and its succeeding, unsuspecting generations, therefore sought the path of reconciliation with HIM

To make “Ameria Great Again”, and enter into America’s Golen Age, We the People must now become “born-again” in this 250th year to finish what Lincoln began, but was suddenly cut short by assination, stating the his Gettybsurg Address of November 19, 1863, post the battle in that town,  We the People are called to be dedicated to the “great task remaining before us”.

The Jefferson’s Presidential protege states, that “from these honored dead, we take increased devotion to THAT CAUSE for they gave the last full measure of devotion”, which is the unfinished business of the Declaration of Independence.

It’s the objective of this gestating, body politic of We the People, to make the civilian version of “National Emancipation Proclamation Commemoration” Day an official, legislatively enacted holiday.

All that is needed is a Congressional representative of We the People to draft the bill, present it via the proper channels, followed by a unanimous, multipartisan “YES” vote,  because the following will occur accordingly, in everyone’s mutual interest.

1. First: The authoring sponsor of the bill will enter into the official and continuing legacy of President Abraham Lincoln, the greatest, most consequential President in US history, past, present, and future, as long as this “nation under GOD shall not perish from the earth”, into perpetuity.Along with that Representative, will be his/her fellow co-signing sponsors.
2. Each Congressional Member, representing their respective federal districts of We the People, will also enter, with their constituents, into the official Lincoln legacy.
3. Naturally, the sitting President will be the primary recipient of the “Lincoln Mantel”, as he is to lead this finishing effort as President Lincoln envisioned, intended, and ordered, will mainly have passage into that official legacy.
4. Having its own developing characteristics, as the bill moves forward to ultimate passage into law, many other individuals and group entities will find their destiny in the realm of full joyous resolution of soul, i.e., Shalom – Na Maste on earth, goodwill toward all human beings, off the enslaving “Wheel of Mandala” of our toxic, stressed society.
5. Such will result in the embattled, wounded soul of America will begin to heal and reconcile, due to We the People having recovered the meaning and practice of the Nordu Ordu Seclurum, as the catalystic and cohesive element that produces E Pluribus Unum, of which is Annuit Cooeptis.
6. The unfinished era of the so-called Civil War, i.e., War to end chattel slavery and seek to fulfill the mandates of the Declaration, has fallen upon this collective generation, providing it/us with the opportunity to be a part of what is perhaps the highest moral cause in world history, in the sight of  GOD.
7. The Civil War era was, and is, the most sacred, and defining moment of the Union Republic’s “highest ground” moral cause, subsequently that ofthe world, in which, according to the Declaration of Independence, determines the ultimate definition of what kind of nation under GOD it will be.
