The Formula For Simultaneous, Dual Homeless Resolution
Both “nowhere to go” + POTUS Fed. & Gov. State Land USE = EXODUS II

Theme: The New Homeless Alliance
The commonality of the “Traditional” and the New yet affluent and influential homeless is that they both,
…respectively have “nowhere to go” to rebuild their lives.

For both devasted groups, EXODUS II: 2028, LA Olympics Homeless Resolution Initiative, strategic national plan,
…is the only realistic option, as it is centered around the use of US federal and California state lands for creating housing,
…as well as new, 21st-century technological communities and neighborhoods.

The material construction of communities is accompanied by new, advanced thinking in human interrelationships. i.e., “rich vs poor”

Aligned With The President’s Federal Land Use Intent For New Housing
As an aid to provide an exit from the toxic stresses of overpopulated urban-suburban neighborhoods and communities throughout our country.

These stresses drive people into narcotics – alcohol, etc., substance addictions, mental illnesses, anti-social behavior, crime, as well as civil unrest.

Each of these societal maladies is multibillions of dollars, industrial complexes which, understandably, but wrongly nullify
…sincere desire and intent to rectify and heal them.

Correctly recognizing such, it is the publicly stated intent of the President of the United States (POTUS) to provide access to federal lands
…for new housing opportunities in the following applications, they are:

1. First, for what he dubs “Ten Freedom Cities” specifically for the wealthy, constructed with and functioned by 21st Century Technologies.
2. Second, it is available to first-time home buyers, which was stated before the LA whirlwind fires.
3. Third, internment camps, into the military force relocate homeless persons, primarily from urban-suburban
   …communities and neighborhoods into “huge tent cities” from which they can never leave.

• The primary reason why these facilities will be permanent is that they can never leave them because of the same factors, but worse
  …that initially drove them into homelessness remains in those communities and neighborhoods, i.e., mainstream society.
• Even though the forced residents may have been fully rehabilitated from whatever ailed them if they can’t prove gainful employment,
  Permanent domicile, i.e., housing and/or support systems, perhaps, family, or exiting the facility will be understandably denied.

Drafting onto the “prevailing winds” of the POTUS’s stated intent for federal and the governor’s intent for that of the state makes EXODUS II more appealing.

While the “traditional” are powerless, the power of the comparatively wealthy “New” will drive EXODUS II, particularly for themselves.

They each need a uniting factor that transforms them into a well-functioning We the People body politic of action.

This new, unprecedented paradigm of human thinking between “the rich and the poor” is the foundation for future generations’ construction of their societies.

The Primary Point” Request To Governor
We request that the governor present EXODUS II to the POTUS for his immediate, executive-ordered implementation, beginning with LA,
…the National Capital of Homelessness, the model for mandated, simultaneous emulation by all affected states, their counties, and municipalities.

Beneficial Returns For Governors Investment
Presenting the EXODUS II to the POTUS, which the latter cannot refuse, politically re-empowers Mr. Newsom in a couple of ways, they are:

1. California is the most populous state for homelessness, hosting LA, its National Capital, according to the Presidential Executive Ordered
   … In implementing EXODUS II, the governor will correctly lead all other governors in this particular venture

2. The general public, statewide, nationally, and globally, will view Gavin Newsom in a more positive light, thereby keeping him politically relevant
   ..with the POTUS, even at the forefront of the matter, particularly as it’s related to relief of the New homeless, which benefits the “Traditional” as well.
