…is a select, volunteering, significant, collective group of American citizens, as a functioning body politic
…having a responsible, advisory relationship with the president-appointed Homeless Servant Czar. (HSC).
This particular body politic of We the People is a multi-mixture of individuals, including those
…of various political, religious/spiritual or non-ideologies, as well as those of pro and
… non-professional ranks, i.e., “grassroots” – “street level,” including ethnoracial identities,
…led by US federal, black citizens.
The de facto, presumptive HSC, Ted Hayes, is willingly and responsibly submitting himself
…this functioning body politic of supervising, oversight, and civilian citizens.
In protecting and respecting the names, reputation, and time commitment of
…the individual C.O.P. participants, vouching for his character as well as his wit in
…the matter of homelessness, etc., and not desirous to disappoint their trust in him,
…being self-disciplined, Ted will conduct business with the government,
… and other associated private sector personnel, concerned with.
…thereby assuring the POTUS that his appointment can be trusted.
Also, via the Internet, as the participants are nationwide, and whenever possible, in person,
…Ted will regularly communicate with the C.O.P., giving them reports, updates, etc.
The C.O.P. participants will be equipped with a fundamental, basic understanding
…of the EXODUS II Strategic Plan, by which they will be better capable of properly
…observing and advising HSC Hayes in his services to the POTUS and us, We the People.
