Our First Objective: “Whirlwind Fires, Rescue Business Consortium
The First objective of our Business Consortium is:
California Governor Newsom’s acceptance of our strategic national plan to President Trump
…issuing the Executive Order and Memo sent to all federal departments to execute and implement it.
This order authorizes us to access USICH (the White House-based US Interagency Council on Homeless),
…which consists of all 15 federal departments, i.e., the President’s Cabinet.
Also, it authorizes us to command the governor’s Cabinet of 18 CA State departments.
Over the last 40 years, even recently, when discussing the Justiceville strategic national homeless plan,
…i.e., EXODUS II: 2028, listeners understandably ask questions about details that neither I nor anyone
…on our team answer because we lack the necessary resources and personnel …
Other than speaking in broad, vague responses.
Questions such as:
Where are the federal and/or state lands?
How do we acquire them?
Where do we get the money to build and sustain the communities?
How will the new towns, etc., be governed?
How does it work politically?
Who or what firms will design and build them?
Will there be social services available?
Why a mixed socio-economic population?
…and rightly, the list can go on.
The Answer
Upon achieving our First Objective, having access to the federal and CA State government departments,
…totaling 33 at our command, we can order each department Secretary to secure the answers to the details as needed or course with our oversight.
Our newly established federal agency, based in the White House, is the “Office of Moral Social Consciousness” (OMSC),
…which is directed by the Homeless Servant Czar (HSC), who the President appointed.

Land acquisition?
Federal – Commerce, Interior, Agriculture, HUD, Veterans Administration, Defense, Army Core of Engineers, etc.
State– Natural Resources, Military, Veterans Affairs, Tribal Affairs, Environmental Protection, Planning and Research,
Economic development?
Federal – Commerce, Treasury, Labor, Agriculture, etc.
State—Business, Consumer Services and Housing, Environmental Protection, Food and Agriculture,
…Planning and Research, Tribal Affairs, Military, etc.
We will combine these appropriately arranged departments into subgroups or Teams to work together to carry out our stated wills.
EXAMPLE
Land acquisition: We will instruct the appropriate federal and state departments to research
…and report potentially viable public lands within a certain time frame.
This is the template by which these governmental departments will, respectively, individually or in an arranged group,
…carry out or order because, unlike our tiny team, their staff are We the People taxpayers’ employees and
…are fully equipped with the resources and personnel to faithfully do so.
Therefore, our Number One (#1) first step, initial Objective, is to secure Gov. Newsom’s compliance,
,…then, via him, that of President Trump.
We achieve this. We get everything.
