The Federal Imperative Of/For The US Federalized Citizens: Know Our Exclusive Federal Laws
As foresightfully envisioned by the Republican-led 39th Congress more than 160 years ago, it is a Federal Imperative that the Constitution’s exclusive federal citizens become aware of, understand, embrace, and lawfully exercise their constitutionally mandated authority—what history itself has identified as “Black power”—to Save the Union, at the proper Divinely Providential time.
The preservation of this nation under GOD rests upon the cognizant exercise of an exclusive, experiential citizenship status: equal justice and equal protection under the law, a federalized, superseding citizenship established “as is enjoyed by white citizens” (Section 1, Civil Rights Act of 1866).
This status is exceptional, intentional, and foundational to the Republic’s survival.
Yet America bears a deep wound.
Two hundred forty-five years of forced illiteracy imposed upon chattel-slave ancestors (1619-1865), followed by eighty-nine years of literacy denial under Jim Crow—wrongs (1865-1964), for which Congress formally apologized on June 6, 2008 (H.R. 194, Apology for Slavery and Jim Crow)—
…were compounded by sixty-two additional years of deliberate distraction from true civic and constitutional literacy since 1965.
The result is a gaping void in the nation’s soul.
That void—left by the unresolved wound of slavery and Jim Crow—is now being filled by destructive ideologies, destabilizing policies, and acts of sabotage, including violence and attempted violence against American leaders, aided by domestic enemies.
Metaphor: As an open, untreated, or improperly addressed wound in a physical body draws in vector and disease, which, if left unhealed, will fester into life-taking, gangrenous corruption, to death; so is the wounded and embattled soul of this young America.
Today, second only to homelessness, one of the most serious threats to national security is the mass, unlawful entry of foreign citizens—an international border-crossing invasion and occupation of this free land.
Ironically, this practice proves more economically, politically, socially, civically, and even spiritually devastating to federal citizens than to any other class of Americans. Only the cognizant exercise of the pertaining federal laws by their rightful Subject Beneficiaries.
Indeed, the greatest threat to American Africans since Chattel Slavery itself, over 160 years ago. They/we are right back there again, at its threshold.
Many foreign occupiers now claim entitlement to U.S. civil-rights protections by self-identifying as “people of color,” improperly sheltering behind the Black skin—and the historic suffering—of chattel-slave-descendant federal citizens, while positioning themselves against the caricature of a “racist white man.”
This is a grave distortion of history, legacy, and law.
This threat is especially acute in light of the forthcoming U.S. Supreme Court decision—expected in late spring 2026—concerning the misapplication of the Fourteenth Amendment’s “Any person born” clause, commonly referred to as birthright citizenship.
At the direction of the President of the United States, the Department of Justice is asking the Court to abolish its erroneous use.
You, me, us, more than in US history, must be cognizant of this moment.
Should the Court uphold this custom, federal citizens risk becoming citizens in name only—first on paper, then in practice—followed by policies designed to marginalize, manage, and quietly remove them from society.
Yet GOD—the central figure of the Declaration of Independence—has provided a way.
As through the Reed Sea, across the Jordan, and into the Promised Land of America’s bounty, the path forward lies in awareness, study, understanding, and faithful execution of the federal laws already deeded to us—laws designed to Save the Union and Keep the Republic.
It is now up to us, federal citizens, allied by Americans of all ethno-racial identities at “the Table of Brotherhood,” standing together in this, our Great, timely, Federal Awakening of our exceptional, exclusive federal “super” powers at the dawn of America’s Golden Age, to act and help actualize it—before the sight of the Most High GOD—and make the difference this hour demands.
The fate of our fellow federal citizens and, subsequently, that of theUnion Republic, depends on us filling the gap of 161 years of literacy neglect.
However, should we refuse or neglect to step up by study and application, the non-qualified will continue to stealthily steal our ethno-racial identity and legacies, and exclusive federal authority and power bequeathed to us, the rightful Inheritors.
“MY people are destroyed for a lack of knowledge…” (Hosea 4:6)
So, as with the Holy Bible,
“Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.“
