Crisis:
Across America, frustration with homelessness is boiling over. The prevailing mood is:

“The homeless must go somewhere — just far from our neighborhoods.”

This has created dangerous Prevailing Winds (Exhibit B) that demand removal rather than resolution.

Government Response:
Through Presidential Executive Order #13878, the federal government is preparing to use military power to relocate homeless citizens — including veterans — from cities onto remote federal lands.
These sites would function as permanent internment camps of no return, not solutions.

Disproportionate Impact:

• The policy initially targets urban centers, where homelessness is most visible.

• AMERICAN Africans (unique federal citizens under the 14th Amendment) and veterans bear the initial brunt.

• Suppression, not healing, becomes the response.

The Alternative — EXODUS II:
Rather than suppression, EXODUS II offers a civilian-led, We the People plan to:

• Address root causes of homelessness and urban crime,

• Restore dignity and justice,

Fulfill the true spirit of Yeshua’s call to serve “the least of these.”
