Please, I hope that you understand my\/our persistence, and passion on this matter, and as well as understanding the intensity of matters based on my \u201clived\u201d experience both as federal, black citizen who understands and knows the laws specifically on behalf our \u201cactual freedom\u201d stated in Sentence 2, B. Emancipation Proclamation and Section 4, 1866 Civil Rights Act, the authority and power of my federal, \u201csuper\u201d citizenship status\u2026and voluntary homelessness resolution work of 38 years.<\/p>\n

As the old, tried and true proverb says, \u201cThe squeaky wheel, gets the oil\u201d, and I have a great \u201coil well\u201d (lol)<\/p>\n

Also, please understand and know, I\/we, The Team, et al, see as friends and allies in our mutual cause to resolve homelessness, particularly\u00a0 that concerning black, American Africans.<\/p>\n
