The Decades Old, National Homelessness Capital\u2019s Foundation For POTUS Executive Order(s)<\/strong>
\nThe 37 years of the continuing, Justiceville movement<\/strong> is not seeking assistance<\/em><\/strong> from the White House US Interagency Council On Homelessness (USICH) to merely construct yet another among thousands, \u201cinnovative\u201d, homelessness, social service outreach program.<\/p>\n

Nor is Justiceville requesting taxpayers\u2019 dollars to by Presidential Executive Orders, accomplish the stated objective of EXODUS II: LA 2028.<\/p>\n

Rather, from its 1985 beginnings in Skid Row, the heart, \u201cground 0\u201d and \u201cblack hole vortex\u201d of the Los Angeles, the National Capital of Homelessness, as though from \u201ca voice in the wilderness\u201d of indifference, financial greed, and political gain, even anti-black citizens racism, has consistently called for and instructed direct, intervention of the President of the United States (POTUS) intervention.<\/p>\n

The Decades-Old Foundation of The Call For POTUS Executive Order Local, LA Region Governments\u2019 Resolutions Summons To President<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Southern California government jurisdictions enacted non-legally binding Resolutions:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Three (3) \u2013 The Cities of Los Angeles and Santa Monica;<\/p>\n

One (1) \u2013 LA Country Board of Supervisors (BOS);<\/p>\n

One (1) an ad hoc, or unofficial communique by the collaboration of legendary, \u201ctop cop\u201d Law Enforcement Departments leaders, including two related associations.<\/p>\n

Due to decades of the consistent, tenaciously insistent<\/strong> advocacy of the homeless Justiceville activists, supported by \u201choused\u201d allies, these unprecedented, afore mentioned, living documents were acquired.<\/p>\n

Respectively, each jurisdiction continues to summon, the POTUS to immediately execute a comprehensive, strategic, national policy and plan that humanely resolves homelessness culture and its \u201cmainstream\u201d causes.<\/p>\n

In this case, Justiceville calls this, EXODUS II: 2028<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is EXODUS II: 2028 LA Olympics GOLD Homelessness Resolution whereby the July 14th, OPENING DAY of the Los Angeles Olympic Games, thereby avoiding the tragic travesty and global embarrassment that occurred around that of 1984.<\/p>\n

  5. The JSAP<\/strong> (Joint Statement and Action Plan of the Law Enforcement Working Group), authored by LA City Attorney, James K. Hahn, and Ted Hayes, Servant Director of Justiveville-Dome Village, initiator of JSAP. LAPD Chief, Bernard C. Parks, American African, US federal, black citizen man.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Enacted by these aforementioned, courageous individuals<\/strong>, their respective, government jurisdictions and departments, these documents be-speaks the sentiment of all the peoples in the National Homelessness Capital and that of military Veterans.<\/p>\n

    Also included in this illustrious group is the Hon. Maxine Waters, who in the Spring of 1985, <\/strong>stated that \u201cHomelessness is the ultimate statement of what is wrong in society\u201d, therefore, within the wrongs of society, is \u201csystemic racism\u201d which has and continues to drive black citizens into homelessness.<\/p>\n

    As Justiceville, Ms. Waters, was 37 plus years ahead of the White House on this matter of \u201csystemic racism\u201d<\/a><\/strong>, therefore, the wishes of this major group warrants the attention is expects<\/p>\n

    In the Spring of 1985, Ms. Waters<\/strong> stated that \u201cHomelessness is the ultimate statement of what is wrong in society\u201d<\/strong>, therefore, within the wrongs of society, is \u201csystemic racism\u201d which has and continues to drive black citizens into homelessness.<\/p>\n

    The 14th Amendment, Foundation Authority of These Federal Black Citizens <\/strong>
    \nBased on the White House-USICH policy espousing \u201csystemic racism\u201d within society as the primary cause of \u201cblack homelessness\u201d in America, which is overwhelmingly, disproportionate in numbers and complexities, and the subsequent, dire necessity for \u201cblack leadership\u201d Presidentially designated with real transformative authorities, the summoning ideal of these legislators precisely fills that qualification for the power to succeed.\u00a0 Hence, true \u201cBlack Power\u201d for the Matters of Black Lives!<\/p>\n

    These FIVE Documents <\/strong>are such a foundation for real action power, of which any elected, or appointed government Employee would be honored to stand upon, and to best of their \u201cSo help me GOD\u201d authority help lead the implementation of what they summon the POTUS Execute,<\/u> particularly in these increasing in numbers and complexities, homeless culture.<\/p>\n

    Furthermore, and particularly important, regardless of actions or nonactions on this matter of other governmental offices of all jurisdictions, this foundation company of American, US citizens is most worthy of Presidential cooperation, according to the 1866 Civil Rights Act, Sections 4, 8, and 9, <\/strong>which is founded upon the January 1, 1863 Emancipation Proclamation.<\/p>\n

    These unprecedented documents<\/strong>, which are now, today, more poignant than when they were originally enacted 23 years ago, transcends electoral political partisanship, jurisdictional boundaries, uniting all factions into one body politic, have already paved the way<\/strong> for the POTUS to take the necessary, instructed action.<\/p>\n

    There is no controversy here, only good will and unity.\u00a0 A great foundation for the POTUS to stand on in humanely resolving this homelessness, \u201csurprise\u201d, national security matter.<\/strong><\/p>\n
