In society’s attempt to devise a politically correct name for “the homeless”, the one that has emerged, is the “unhoused”.  Apparently, it seems to soften the shame associated with “looser” psychology of homelessness for both, the purported “homeless” and society in general.

Such one-dimensional thinking, that homelessness is simply a matter of housing lacks, hence, “houselessness”, generated into existence, the now admitted, “OUTDATED”, ill-advised, federal “housing first” policy of the US Interagency Council On Homelessness (USICH), under the auspices of the Office of Domestic Policy Council (ODPC), which cost billions of taxpayers’ dollars to be wasted.

Based the attached Hebrew Holy Scriptures (The Bible), as America’s foremost Civil Rights activists, homelessness resolution, world citizen Internationalist, to say, that in my unique understanding of homelessness, to now, correctly identify and associate the so called “homeless” persons, as the Real Jesus Peoples.  See Mathew 25:31-46.

The Jesus People Movement
Ironically, in the late 1960’s into the mid 1970’s, a spiritual movement nationally and globally, entitled “The Jesus People”, which initially and primarily consisted of young, white people ranging in age of mid-late teens and early adulthood, who were societal “dropouts”, commonly known as Hippies, Flower Children, etc.

Apparently, the movement began in California places like Venice Beach and Hollywood, then organically spread thought America and the world.

It’s my understanding belief and faith to rightly identify said homeless with the ancient Jew of Bethlehem, Nazareth – Galilee, Israel, whom Christians erroneously profess that He founded Christianity, whose Name is pronounced in many different languages, but primarily in English as “Jesus”; and in Hebrew “Yeshua”, or “Yehusha”, the Ha Machiach, i.e., Anointed One, or Greek “Christos”, The Messiah;

The Judaic and Religious Differnce Clause: At this juncture, being cognizant of doctrinal disagreement on the person of Yeshua between Jews, Christians, Muslims, Hindus, Buddhist, Confucianism, Shamanist, Humanist, Atheist, etc., doesn’t preclude, nor but rather welcome the matter of emanating His exemplary lifestyle and values.

According to the Book of Mathew 25:31-46, the last public statement of Yeshua, He describes the day Judgement for all nations, i.e., goyim-gentles including Israel, saying upon His return to earth as Meshiach, the judgment is not on their religious or spiritual, doctrinal beliefs, but rather, on their treatment of the poor, i.e., homeless, with whom Isa identifies and conjoins Himself to them His brethren, hence, The Jesus People.

These Jesus People are global wide, existing in the billions, which includes the hundreds of millions dwelling in sprawling slums, shantytowns, and refugee camps, primarily located in huge urban centers, having no voice of justice.

Yehusha says to all human beings, particularly they of material and otherwise means,

“In as much as you have done it or not to the least of one of these my brethren, you have done it to Me.”

This divine connection to and with Jesus, the homeless, i.e., “Jesus People”, Or “Jesus’s People” elevates them into an especially sacred, spiritual, protected place(s) in GOD, the Universe/Nature and earth, even becoming the human element of ZION, by the authority that GOD-ABBA/FATHER, has commissioned upon Yahusha to be the Anointed One with the “outcasts of Israel”, i.e., society, subsequently empowering them into “The Promised Land”, spiritually, emotionally, psychologically, bodily and geo-physically of EXODUS II: LA 2028.

“All power (Gk. Exusios = authority) is given unto Me in Heaven and Earth”
(Mathew 28:18)

Therefore, in viewing the Homeless (metaphorically) as Jesus, generates the power of the Holy Spirit of El Shaddai, Elohim, Adonai, HaShem, i.e., GOD, by which HE will move upon the hearts, soul, minds, and bodies of all human being for thei/our ultimate salvation.

“Peace on earth, Good will towards all human beings”

Similar in fashion as in the first Exodus of the Hebrew Bible, of localized in the antiquity of Egypt of the Northern African continent, whereof under El Shaddai’s orders to both the government and the exiting of the Hebrew-Israelites, children of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob/Israel from bondage, consisted of a mixed multitude of many other ethno-racial identities.

EXODUS II is likewise, but on a much larger basis in many exciting, Divine ways, summoning out of the metaphorical Egypt founded on Babylon all the inhabitants of earth to initially exit, or EXODUS from them as a mixed multitude, first and foremost in their/our spirits, souls-emotions, spirits, followed by that which is geophysical, to journey together into the Promised Land for all peoples.

“Babylon is fallen. Come out of her MY people”
(Revelation 18:2,4)

“And He’s allowed me to go up to the mountain. And I’ve looked over. And I’ve seen the Promised Land. I may not get there with you. But I want you to know tonight, that we, as a people, will get to the promised land!” (Prophet MLK, April 3, 1968)

The Homelessness of Jesus

“And Jesus said unto him, Foxes have holes, and birds of the air have nests; but the Son of man hath not where to lay his head.” (Luke 9:58)

Note: Jesus ordered His disciples to become homeless to spread the good news of His Identity and purpose for salvation. Luke 9:1-5; 23-26, noting :26 + ref to Mathew 25: 31 ^“When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:”  This is where he identifies Himself with the homeless, etc.

Enter The Holy Spirit Speaks of Jesus In All of His Majesty, Especially Homeless

“Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you. And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and saith unto them, ‘Receive ye the Holy Ghost: Whose soever sins ye remit, they are remitted unto them; and whose soever sins ye retain, they are retained.” (John 20:21-23)  + ref.

“But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of Truth, which proceeds from the Father, he shall testify of me:  And ye also shall bear witness, because ye have been with Me from the beginning. (John 15:26, 27) + ref.

“Howbeit when HE, the Spirit of Truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever HE shall hear, that shall HE speak: and HE will shew you things to come. HE shall glorify Me: for HE shall receive of Mine, and shall shew it unto you. All things that the Father hath are Mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of Mine, and shall shew it unto you. A little while, and ye shall not see Me: and again, a little while, and ye shall see Me, because I go to the Father. (John 16:13-16)

The Holy Spirit Reveals that the Mind, Heart and Soul of El Shaddai, is prioritized on the wellbeing of the homeless, i.e., Jesus People human beings.

“Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.  Philip saith unto him, Lord, show us the Father, and it suffices us. Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Show us the Father?” (John 14:6-9)

“Let this mind be in you which was/is in Christ Jesus”
(Philippians 2:5)

“Pick Up You Cross and Follow Me” (Mathew 16:24) (Luke 9:23) Into Homelessness
Jesus sent by El Shaddai to the homeless, i.e., “Jesus”, and Himself being of such, and says to would-be followers, as well as disciples, to follow Him there into the world societal bottom of homelessness, especially the young rich man seeking eternal life with GOD in HIS Kingdom.

 ^“Now when Jesus heard these things, he said unto him, “Yet lackest thou one thing: sell all that thou hast, and distribute unto the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, follow me. (Luke 18:22) * Calling young man to homelessness.  Such is equated with eternal life. (Mt. 19:21) Calling all the rich of the world, or rather those of GOD blessed and gifted means, to do as He admonishes, even according to His own example.

Note: EXODUS II: LA 2028 Olympics is the rich being granted from GOD a second chance to be healed by supporting its’ rightful expectant utilization Executive Government authority, according to the January 1, 1863 Presidential Executive Ordered by President Abraham Lincoln Emancipation Proclamation and the 18166-68 Civil Rights/14th Amendment Act.

The Samaritan Deed – Equated with Eternal Life

^“And he said, He that shewed mercy on him. Then said Jesus unto him, Go, and do thou likewise. (Mt. 10: 25, 37) (Lk. 10:37)

Note: He teaches in Mt. 25, that the victim of the homelessness causing, societal attack, is Himself. “When you’ve done to the least of the these My brethren, you’ve done it to me”  Hence, eternal life!

Note: The “Good Samaritan”, his eternal life was/is dependent upon service to the oppressed, even though of another ethno-race and religion.
This equates with Mathew 25:40

Note: The Kingdom of GOD is for children, it being based on Judgement and Justice/Righteousness, manifesting in inspiring human government to not suppress and oppress homeless peoples, whose state and fate is subsequence of societal dysfunction, and government’s tragic failure to rectify those ills among us all.

“Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called the children of GOD”

“We the People…in order to more perfect the Union, establish Justice, ensure Domestic Tranquility– Peace/Shalom

The Homeless Are “Jesus”, Hence, the Real Jesus People
The Jesus Followers are to go find His people as defined by their locale, as well as state of existence, etc., and bring them into GOD’s Kingdom.

“Go ye therefore into the highways, and as many as ye shall find, bid to the marriage.  So those servants went out into the highways, and gathered together all as many as they found, both bad and good: and the wedding was furnished with guests.” (Mt. 22:9,10)

“Go out quickly into the streets and lanes of the city, and bring in hither the poor, and the maimed, and the halt, and the blind.

And the servant said, Lord, it is done as thou hast commanded, and yet there is room.  And the lord said unto the servant, ‘Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled.” (Lk. 14:21-23)

“Then said he also to him that bade him, ‘When you make a dinner or a supper, call not your friends, nor your brethren, neither your kinsmen, nor your rich neighbors; lest they also bid you again, and a recompence be made you.

But when you make a feast, call the poor, the maimed, the lame, the blind:  And you shall be blessed; for they cannot recompense you: for you shalt be recompensed at the resurrection of the just.” Lk. 14:12-14)

Therefore, concerning these the human beings forced society to dwell at its bottoms, outer edges, Jesus, The Homeless One orders that His Father-ABBA intentions and priorities for humanity are make known, and acted upon would-be followers according to that which is admonished in Mathew 25: 40

 “Inasmuch as you have or have not done it unto one of the least of these My brethren, you have or have not done it unto Me.”

The first generation of Yehusha followers make it their priority to specific tell the outcasts of Israel”, i.e., the poor, that He is one of them, and that the world’s salvation rests upon how society addressed “least of one of these My brethren.”

“Only they would that we should remember the poor; the same which I also was forward to do.” (Galatians 2:10)

To them is proclaimed why GOD, The Most High, El Shaddai, sent the Holy Anointed One, i.e. , Christ, Meshiach, Son of King David, to HIS people whom are society’s outcasts, even public health and safety outlaws, and they are societally forced to into the outlawed zones of such.

“The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;

To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn;

To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified.

The “Outcast of Israel”-Homeless
The accordance to the Promise Land aspects of the Divine earthly and Heavenly salvation of human beings, El Shaddai, ADONAI, Elohim Who Is Echod, proclaims that by HIS Holy Spirit, HE Himself will gather HIS Sheep, the Jesus People.

“For I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds, saith the Lord; because they called thee an Outcast, saying, This is Zion, whom no man seeketh after.” (Jerimiah 30:17)

 ^“Thus saith the Lord; Behold, ‘I will bring again the captivity of Jacob’s tents, and have mercy on his dwelling places; and the city shall be built upon her own heap, and the palace shall remain after the manner thereof. And out of them shall proceed thanksgiving and the voice of them that make merry: and I will multiply them, and they shall not be few; I will also glorify them, and they shall not be small.” (Jerimiah 30:18,19)

The Holy Spirit Speaks of Jesus’s People

“But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceeds from the Father, he shall testify of me:” (John 15:26)

The Outcasts of Israel

Zion, Outcast

“For I will restore health to you And heal you of your wounds,’ says the LORD, ‘Because they called you an outcast saying: “This is Zion; No one seeks her.”  (Jeremiah 30:17)

Note: The Jesus People become His Body of Christ, thereby, putting them in, on, and they then become Zion, who nobody wanted, rejected, pushed to the outer, public health and safety outlaw zones of society to be forgotten.

The Strategic Plan is simply one of human beings voluntarily decentralizing themselves from the urban centers to redistribute earths’ populations, with the homeless, having no roots in mainstream society, serving as the catalyst of the first, LA, USA model, emulated by global participation of all nations.

Such as massive, but necessary task must be both of private and public sector operation, beginning in the US by Presidential Executive Orders leadership.

This measure will rapidly reduce the volumes of mentally illnesses, including intoxicating, narcotic substance addictions, as well as psychotropic drugs for mental stability by my most people striving to live “happily” in mainstream society.

In fact, the medical science states that 85-90% of hospitalization are caused the high levels of stress in a vision-less, therefore hopelessness society, caused by overpopulation in urban centers, which is an abomination practice to Nature and its Creator-GOD, Who admonished against urbanization circa 5,000 years ago.

However, as the processes of depopulation begins, and overpopulation decreases, humanity will naturally and spiritually transcend up into proper sane thinking and behavior conducive of a just, equitable, peaceful, civil society.

The social malady of homeless people is simply the subsequent or manifestation of society’s ills but, are “gaslighted” as criminals by the same.

It is therefore understandable why people who have been societal forced out, but into the public health and safety outlawed zones of homelessness, and therefore, have adapted, acclimated, even became one with homelessness, thereby discovering freedom from the bondage of mainstream society.

Said homeless persons have found tranquility in what mainstream views as misery.

Homelessness Must Be Re-imagined
If homelessness, per se, is to be humanely resolved according the abundance of capabilities of We the People of the United States, its imperative that We the People re-imagine it.

Since its Congressional inception and establishment by the 1987 Stuart McKinney Act (35 years ago), the policy makers of the White House Domestic Policy Council (DPC), directed the US Interagency Council On Homelessness (USICH), to espouse the now proven failed, “Housing First” model policy, which has resulted in the huge, choking “bottle neck” situation of housing homeless persons in the mainstream stream, of which 98% of them who are capable of holding a regular, 9-5, “punch the clock” job, are correctly refusing them.

The government funded social services have therefore related their homeless outreach work around the failed “housing first” model, subsequently resulting in wasting billions of tax-payers’ dollars for nothing, hence, making homelessness worse.

Re-Imagine The Two Allegories Homelessness

1. The Burning Mansion
2. A huge, beautiful mansion ablaze in fire;
3. People escaping it, running away from it coughing and knocking flames of their clothing and hair;
4. The fire department equipment arrives, and the personnel thereof leap from the their vehicles running towards the fleeing persons yelling at them to return to the mansion.

Explained:

1. The burning mansion is the mainstream society;
2. The escaping people are the homeless, being driven from the structure or system by the heat of its fire, i.e., stressed of mainstream;
3. The fire department personnel are the social service providers espousing “housing first” related, rehabilitation programs designed to transition homeless back into the society-fire which initially drove them into homelessness.

Therefore, when speaking of mental illnesses in the “gaslighting” of homeless persons by trying to coerce them back into the situation, i.e., “burning mansion”, is the true definition of such societal sickness, whereas, the former are demonstrating signs of sanity.

2. Slave Off The Plantation – Taste Freedom
3. Slave inadvertently wonders of plantation and doesn’t want to return;
4. Slave master catches up with and admonishes him to return to plantation-slavery;
5. Slave says “No sir, massa”
6. Master speaks kindly as says that upon slaves return, he will have better living quarters and food, even make a little money;
7. Slave says “No sir, massa”
8. Master growls angrily, “Return or I will whip you”;
9. Slave says, “No sir, massa”;
10. Master says, Return or I will lynch you”;
11. Slave says, “You just go right ahead, massa sir”
12. Master says, “You are living the filthy misery of a swamp, you are hungry, naked, and afraid. Why won’t you return to better life?”
13. Slave says, “cause I’z free massa sir. I’d rather be dead and buried in my grave, than to live my life on my knees as a slave.”

But should the people of America once become capable of that deep simulation towards one another, and towards foreign nations, which assumes the language of justice and moderation while it is practicing iniquity and extravagance, and displays [229] in the most captivating manner the charming pictures of candor, frankness, and sincerity, while it is rioting in rapine and insolence, this country will be the most miserable habitation in the world;

Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people.
It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.

Adams, and many others, believed that in a society riddled with vices, the various mechanisms created by the Constitution would not be able to function properly, with the result that the democratic republican order would be eventually supplanted by despotism.

It is worth noting, however, that while Adams occasionally made positive references to Christianity, he was not a strong advocate of any particular religion (at least in his public statements) or even a specific moral code, except insofar as it condemned a (rather short) list of obnoxious vices. Indeed, Adams was firmly against the official establishment of any religion and was a champion of religious freedom. As Deists, Adams and his like-minded peers believed that any moral system had to be grounded in a belief in God, but the specific aspects of that belief, or how they manifested themselves in a particular religion, were of little if any interest to them.

The Most High GOD, El Shaddai, is the Central Figure of the Declaration of Independence“With full reliance of the protection of the Divine Providence, we pledge…”

In its closing sentence, the Declaration of Independence, the First Law of the United States, Union Republic, speaks of the Divine, Providential Personage of the worlds Supreme Judge, in this nations’ bold undertaking to protect and promulgate the Heavenly Ideals of freedom bestowed equally upon humanity by Nature’s GOD, The Creator.

That is, Annuit Coeptus – “HE Has Favored Our Undertaking”, in the Constitutional establishment of the Nordu Ordu Seclurum i.e., “New Order of the Ages”, by its self-professed of existence under HIS Jurisdiction, the “Divine, Moral Federal Authority”.

As the greatest governance experiment in global history, challenging both human nature, and global, historical record of civilizations, this nations’ internal, civil war struggle to determine its destiny, through its continuing “cold”, which officially began July 2-4,1776, and raged until the present of 2023, albeit erupting into “hot”, in that from April 11,1861 to April 11,1865, circa 750,000 primarily young, therefore innocent, white boys and men, as well as American Africans of such, including, US Federal President, Abraham Lincoln, perished in violent, political conflict over the matter of chattel slavery.

Under the auspices of the Executive Branch, i.e., the President of the United States (POTUS) by the enforcement of the military, destroyed the armies of the anti-Constitution, chattel slavery maintaining, confederated southern States rebellion.

However, the federal government officials recognized and oHowesensed the unknowable magnitude of a myriad, generational damages awaiting the liberated chattel slaves, and their descendant children, including they of the slave masters themselves.

To remedy this greatest imperfection of the self-admitted, imperfect Union, by Presidential Executive Order, and Constitutional mandate, the federal government of 1863-1875, exclusively bequeathed an unprecedented, enormous amount of authority into the hands of liberated American Africans, transformed into black citizens of “super’, extraordinary, even exceptional citizenship status.

Access to this authority depends upon three (3) prospects, they are:

1. The cognizant literacy of a certain numbers of American African, black citizens, chattel slave descendants who can comprehend and espouse the laws written about and for them;
2. The well articulated, moral, and legal cause for the federal release of such authority;
3. The qualified, responsibly functioning, We the People body politic of black citizens, as well as those who are not, i.e., “white citizens”, led by central figure, and associated, responsible, accountable persons of leadership qualities in place, from oratory to organizational, etc.

The Authoritative Powers According To US Declaration of Independence and Constitution

1. First, 1861-1862 Congressional Military Confiscation Acts
   Being living human property, whenever the federal armies defeated a confederate, the chattel slaves of the region were seized as such , and granted “freedom” under military jurisdiction, and hence, even initially reluctantly, President Lincoln as Commander in Chief of Armed Forces.This was the foundation of the first legal authority concerning freedom of chattel slaves.
2. Second, Presidential Executive Order – January 1,18673, Emancipation Proclamation by POTUS Abraham Lincoln

Note: This unprecedented, moral, i.e., spiritual, GOD-driven, Executive Order was the first, federal legal act addressing the liberation, freedom of chattel enslaved, American Africans in the then, 87 years history of the United States, imperfect, Union Republic

1. Third, US Constitutional, i.e., Civil Rights Acts/Laws, which are The…
   1. 13th Amendment, abolishes slavery in America;
   2. 14th Amendment, Citizenship of forever liberated, chattel slaves and their descendant children, which is proceeded by, and therefore is, the 1866 Civil Rights Act, Progenitor of the 14th Amendment, hence, that of all succeeding Civil Rights movements and act/laws.
   3. 15th Amendment, governance by voting, that is, males, which gave rise to Amendment 19, female vote.

To this day of 2023, our, Union Republic is still suffering from the generational shock of the assassination of Lincoln suddenly cut off the good work of the federal government of complete its moral and legal business of rectifying the 245 years of generations-destroying chattel slavery, thereby leaving the huge gaping wound of injustice in generational-collective soul of We the People America.

As a nation of homeless peoples (willing and unwilling immigrants) under GOD, there is a dual matter of homelessness which is rapidly taking center stage of America’s focus, particularly as it relates to the 2024 Presidential Campaign and beyond.

The dual challenge is that of the national population, the chattel slave descendants, being 11-12% of the general, are over 60% of homelessness, while in LA, its National Capital, black citizens are 8-9 % of both city and county, they are over 40% of their respective general.

This disparity is due to 404 years of unrequited injustices against American Africans, and especially that which occurred concerning the murder of Lincoln, whose intentions were to set in order and motion whereby, as a people, they will someday experience the full “equal justice/protection under law” citizenship “as is enjoyed by white citizens”. (Section 1,1866 Civil Rights Act)

The Purpose of Fed. Homeless Servant Czar
Empowered by both Constitutional and Presidential authority, the Homeless Czar, who morally is American African, federal, black citizens of super citizenship status, will by the Creators’ Spirit, orchestrate the implementation of EXODUS II.

As long as this Union Republican Form of Government, under GOD “shall not perish from the earth”, in order to rectify it, the federal government bequeathed the authorities of:

1. January 1,1863 Emancipation Proclamation, Sentence 2, B, and 5, B, and Sentence 8
2. The 1866 Civil Rights Act, Sections
3. 1, citizenship “as is enjoyed by white citizens.”
4. 2, punishment for rebellion against Sec. 1
5. 3, direct orders to District and Circuit Courts, marshals, district attorney generals commissioners appointed by the circuit and territorial courts
6. 4, 8, 9, direct mandates of POTUS
7. 5, 9, direct mandates to military
8. 10, Supreme Court

Direct Laws Authoring “The US Fed. Homeless Czar” and/or Special Presidential Envoy, whichever the case may be

1. The Act, Section 4, Presidential appointments of “special” Envoy

“the officers and agents of the Freedmen’s Bureau, and every other officer who may be specially empowered by the President of the United States, shall be, and they are hereby, specially authorized and required, at the expense of the United States, to institute proceedings against all and every person who shall violate the provisions of this act, and cause him or them to be arrested and imprisoned, or bailed”

Homelessness in the USA is the ultimate Civil Rights matter since the end of the 245 years (1619-1865) nation-destroying, institutionalized chattel slavery industry itself, because the disproportionate majority of homelessness of the national population are the descendants of America’s chattel slaves and Jim Crow survivors, i.e., American African, black citizens, whom are the Subject Beneficiaries of the Laws.

Being clearly out of the hands of the federal government, via the White House, demonstrates that they and traditional social services are without a humane, comprehensive, strategic, national policy and plan solution to it, therefore, it’s now imperative that We the People, by Constitutional authority bequeathed to, and ordered of such “to more perfect the Union, establish Justice, ensure domestic Tranquility, etc.,”

It’s perfectly legitimate, morally and Constitutionally legal for the POTUS to appoint the Homeless Czar.

2. Section 8, Presidential Audience With Czar“…whenever the President of the United States shall have reason to believe that offences have been or are likely to be committed against the provisions of this act… it shall be lawful for him, in his discretion…for the purpose of the more speedy arrest and trial of persons charged with a violation of this act;” (editions mine)The Czar demonstrates the reason for POTUS to believe, thereby taking the subsequent, Executive Actions to properly address the matter.
