American Africans, are officially identified and designated as, US black citizens of the only and exclusive, 1866-68 Civil Rights/14th Amendment Act (The Act), federal, “super” citizenship status.
This unparalleled, “super citizenship” status is based on the January 1, 1863, Presidential Executive Ordered, Emancipation Proclamation issued by the Hon. President, Abraham Lincoln, which was/is founded on the 1861 and 1862 Congressional Confiscation Acts.
