American Africans, are the exclusive, Subject Beneficiaries of Constitutional law that positions them in a status of unprecedented, super citizenship, of which no other ethno-racial identity is privy to.
Such is not granted because of ethno-racial identity, i.e., skin color, etc., in this case, “black” – Negro (Spanish for black) identity, nor minority/majority status, religion, gender, et al, but rather, due to the the generational experience of chattel slavery.
Unlike America’s initial, willing immigrants from the British Isle and Europe, having the vaunted, “American Dream quest”, to be followed by Foreign Nationals from nearly every country, who built their nation of immigration on the chattel enslaved backs of American Africans, who against their wills, were brought to the America’s shackled in chains, thereby having another dream of experiential freedom.
For the record, the American Africans are the only Americans to have the experience, inheritance and heritage of being living, human property of others, autonomous from ourselves, and marketed by them in the British/USA, institutionalized industry of chattel slavery for a combined, 245 years.
It is for this reality, that these particular Americans are authorized to perform unprecedented powers granted them whereby, when their “someday” of awakening to their full, federal status comes, due to being becoming literate, they will save themselves, and subsequently the Union, thereby Keeping Our Republic.
As such, these/we are granted the January 1, 1863, Executive Ordered by President Abraham Lincoln, Emancipation Proclamation, which is the foundation of the interlocked, succeeding & simultaneous, Triad Amendments, they being 13th, 14th, 15th; the 13th, abolishing slavery; the 15th, voting authority; with the all powerful14th, which forever codifies, enshrines and embeds its Progenitor, the 1866 Civil Rights Act into the US Constitution, thereby the only ethno-racial identity empowered with such a special, federal, super citizenship status, as black citizens.
