Executive Summary Letter x

To the Honorable President Donald J. Trump, 47th President of the United States
Re: EXODUS II: 2028 LA Olympics Homeless Resolution Initiative (E-II:’08HRI)

Mr. President,

You have promised not to forsake “the Forgotten” and “the Left Behind.” Yet the dilemma remains: homelessness and crime are concentrated in urban centers where most American-Africans — descendants of chattel slaves and exclusive Fourteenth Amendment citizens — dwell.

As Commander-in-Chief, you are sworn to defend the Constitution and enforce law and order. But when enforcement alone is applied to these citizens, the danger arises of treating victims of systemic and environmental conditions as criminals. This would contradict your promise and risk repeating the injustices you vowed to end.

Your legacy has always been tied to Abraham Lincoln — to completing the unfinished work cut short at Gettysburg. You exposed the hypocrisy of the Democratic Party and defended the birthright of the slave descendants. Now, Executive Order #13878 (“Ending Vagrancy and Restoring Order”) challenges the People to act.

The answer is EXODUS II: 2028 LA Olympics Homeless Resolution Initiative.
This initiative offers a non-military, constitutional path to fulfill your promise to the Forgotten and Left Behind. Ignoring this opportunity risks falling into the old order of tyranny (Antiquus Ordo Seclorum), where rulers from Pharaoh to Hitler used military power against their own people.

Mr. President, the truth is clear: you are not a social worker, nor required to be one. The Constitution assigns that sacred duty to We the People, under the Preamble, to form a more perfect Union. Therefore, we applaud your defense of law and order — and call upon you to empower the People to rectify homelessness and youth despair through EXODUS II.

In this way, you will secure your place, not as an oppressor, but as the President who completed Lincoln’s unfinished work and fulfilled America’s promise to its most forgotten citizens.

Respectfully submitted,
[Your name / organization]
