The Trump Proposal
On July 27,2022, former. US President, Donald J. Trump proposed what is now a significant “plank” – portion of his 2024, Presidential campaign promises platform, to “put all homeless in huge tent cities on cheap land in one day”, the “one day” connoting military enforcement.

The Cause For Draconian Proposal
This draconian, military operation is the direct result of the failed billions of tax payer’s dollar granted to the social services, which has become the homelessness industrial complex (HIC), which was based on the now proven erroneous federal-White House, US Interagency Council On Homelessness (USICH) policy, dubbed, “Housing First”.

This policy has been the standard motif operandi since the 1987 Congressional enactment of the Stuart B. McKinney-Vento Homelessness Assistance Act, which established under Presidential jurisdiction, the USICH.
