  • The 2019 Video Message To President Trump
Eight years later, on July 24, 2025, Donald Trump became the President destined to execute this ugly, yet “necessary”, military action when he issued Executive Order 13878, as such is the portal there.

Note: This message was delivered in October 2019, following two White House meetings and regular email, phone, and text messaging with the USICH Staff (US Interagency Council on Homelessness), which recently shut down due to its high costs and ineffectiveness.

  • Essentially, our Justiceville, White House Negotiating Team provided the USICH staff with the basic information for the Trump administration’s policies on homelessness and federal land use from late September to late 2019.
  • We even warned him of something that he, apparently, knew nothing about, of which I have been “suspicious-aware” of, but now know since 1985, long before Mr. Trump became President.
  • Perhaps, even Donald Trump is unable to resist the decades-old President entrapment intention by what is referred to as the “deep state”, also now has him “hostage” whereby he is compelled to venture down this most perilous of domestic, national security threats in US history.
  • He was warned that there exists an undocumented federal policy to eventually utilize the military to force the relocation of homeless persons from the urban-suburban regions of our country, into permanent detention on federal lands, in huge tent cities.
  • Significantly, urban centers are where the predominance of American Africans, chattel slave descendants, and federalized “black” citizens dwell.
  • The now foiled, undocumented, strategic policy and plan was to ignore the real resolution to homelessness, which I/Justiceville had provided since 1985.
  • Instead, the policy says to wait until someday in the future when homelessness becomes so pervasive, repugnant, and troublesome in most communities and neighborhoods throughout the country that when the military comes, there will be little protest.
  • Clever indeed!Strangely and mysteriously, upon hearing this matter, the President’s staff became very irritated, but apparently, after being ordered to look into it, discovered that such was true indeed, which he had inherited.

In His Own Words: President Trump’s  Plan Announced
Then on July 22, 2022, the then-former President Trump announced his initial intentions to address, i.e., “resolve” homelessness at the “America First” Conservative Think Tank, Washington, DC, with everyone there and around the world listening and taking note.

Alarmingly and ironically, there was total silence when this honored man “barked” like Adolf Hitler, not even from the many who claimed him as such, nor the African African Civil Rights entities, nor even the Congressional Black Caucus, nor the liberal-Democrat groups, such as the ACLU (American Civil Liberties Union), and NAACP, nor from Republican who know that such intentions flies against the doctrinarie of the Republican Form of Government, et al.

As of now, since Mr. Trump announced his intentions, I have essentially been waging a “one-man” battle against this huge mistake that will destroy our Republic.

As predicted, though the massive encampment was shut down and its people scattered into the neighborhoods, they have returned, and the new encampment is more massive than the first.  We call his policy “Leaf blowing”. (smiles)
