January 1985, INTERVENTION Into Homelessness Plight

(resolution directory)

This present 2025 campaign-movement-effort for a strategic national homeless plan
…began in early 1985, when in that fateful year, I voluntarily injected into homelessness.

As a cognizant active veteran of the late 1960s Civil Rights, Black Power, and Peace movements,
…and already possessing certain socio-economic matters affecting this nation, I conceived and
…birthed the National Homeless Plan concept upon surveying the Skid Row elements of homelessness.

For 13 years (1985-1998/1999), in the covert and overt faces of opposition faces, by the
…Grace and Mercies of GOD, with the assistance of housed volunteers, regularly covered by media,
…I successfully led homeless men and women of Skid Row through the streets of downtown
…Los Angeles is in a vigorous, trendsetting, homelessness-conscious altering campaign
…for positive change in how we thought about the matter, and resolution to it.

The foundation of the movement was and remains based on the following:

1.  Presidential Executive Order

2.  Strategic National Plan to end homelessness

3.  The requirement of public, i.e., federal lands for constructing socio-economically-mixed communities,
…i.e., government charter, planned, small cities, towns, villages, etc.

4.  The WARNING:

A.  Homelessness is not a consequence of narcotic and alcohol substance addiction, mental illness,
…”down on luck,” lazy drop outism, being exiled from neighborhoods due to anti-social behavior, etc.,
…but rather, the stresses of socio-ecomonic distress, including anti-black racism and classism.

Note: As my then mentor, in the spring of 1985, the Hon. Maxine Waters, correctly stated my own
…sentiment, stating, “Homelessness is the ultimate statement of what wrong within society.”

B.  If the Strategic National Plan is not implemented, “Skid Row” will be in every LA community.

C. The cost or rental housing in “decent” neighborhoods, and for daily sustanance living, and its
…socio-ecomic, substance addiction or overuse, mental illnesses, anti-social behavior,
…toxic stress-causing, was not allowing for homeless persons return to “mainstream” society.

The Pushed-Driven-Forced and Kept Out

As well as locking people out, society was driving and continues to drive more poor and particular
…middle classes, US citizens down into the “black hole” of homelessness.

Therefore, having “nowhere to go”, except the “sidewalks”, etc., human being in that state of existence,
…naturally learn to acclimate, and become one with their environment. “Embrace the pain. Remain Sane!”

Here, they find tranquility in what onlookers see as misery.

Therefore, you can’t “help the homeless” by traditional thinking.

They inadvertently found “nirvana,” peace, and resolution of their state and fate!

Therefore, this matter is a tremendously solvable mystery of homelessness.

Hence, it must be re-imagined before solutions can be discussed or planned.

  • Homelessness will be allowed to become so notoriously bad, criminalized, that when the military
…would come to take the homeless away, there would be tiny protest.
  • This would be the end of the country because We the People dispated the milatary
…to resolve a soeietal malady caused them, themselves, hence, having a “gaslighting” mindset.

Note: Unless we stop it, this is precisely what the President is planning.
